I actually got to sleep. I liked the soft whispering. Music would have ruined it for me. Soft natural sounds like rain or wind or ocean in the background would be good I think. Anything soft and natural. A stream or fireplace too. The turning fork thing woke me up but went back to sleep. I have a soft 10 hour thundershower video I usually use. This is 1st time I tried video like this. I actually had a headache but it’s gone. I guess the softness of it all was what worked for me. 10 hours, if you can pull it off would be good for me. The audio is the thing. Speaking softly for that long is hard to do I’m sure. Nothing that would wake someone up if they feel asleep. Thank you.
