I had a really tough long run last week and was putting off the next one as a result but this video inspired me to take breaks where I need to and just focus on trying to enjoy the next one more - just smashed out 19km (I was aiming for 18 and had so much fun I did a bonus km at the end). Dude!!!!!! I watched that documentary on a plane just off the whim and it was one of the most beautiful and inspiring documentaries I’ve ever seen!!!! I was sobbing ESPECIALLY AT THE END!!! It’s truly amazing and I love how they allow the inmates to really tell their story and not make it only about why they are there. It’s so good, I raved about it for weeks 😭❤️
