I think if this was a bit cheaper, I would be all-in. Alternatively, you can get a nice DAC + Speaker AMP + Bookshelf speakers + a powered Subwoofer for close to the same price. With it, you gain flexibility in that you can upgrade, replace, and swap each of those components. But there is a great argument for having it all-in-one here, in that it is much less of a hassle.
can you recommend a combo? because apparently there has been a chip shortage and afaik there isn't any amps, at least not brand new that can be had for cheap
@@dioxyde0 solid start would be like an Aiyima A07 and T8 6N3 combo for your amp and dac. You can also opt for a cheaper dac without the built-in amp, but be limited to only speaker outputs etc. Either way, the 2 above dip in price fairly often. As for speakers, something like the NEUMI BS5 or MouKey M20-3... Stretch your budget a bit more and maybe get a set of Sony SSCS5. For sub, a cheap option that is solid is the Monoprice 108248. All in, with sub, you should be around $350-450. Plus, you have more connectivity and flexibility to upgrade and replace.
Iv the same issue with my monitor stand like yours, so i will take the plunge and save up and get this one, been looking for a good audio system that can use usb instead of the 3.5mm cable :)
excellent review I'm just looking for a sound bar for my setup
Thanks! I never thought of getting a soundbar for my PC, but I really like it. I'm going to keep using it.

Fair enough! I do like the all-in-one thing though. Less wires and stuff.

Another banger of a review. I wish you'd let us sample how the soundbar sounds though. Cheers
Noted!
I have the v1 and all i can say is that it's good. I hate wearing headsets as my ears get hot quick. I may have to think about upgrading to this.
can it play sound from 2 sources at the same time and can you turn off the colored LEDs all together
got no clue about 2 sources but i know that u can turn off the annoying leds :D
Excellent review would have liked to listen to you play some video games on it. Otherwise there was a good review
I have a creative sound card does this plug into the sound card with 3.5 mm jack
