Dear Sir, Summon issued by the court should be delivered under court envelop clearly mentioned in big letter marking summon insted of instructed to the petitioner advocate to send to the responded. If court issued summons directly to the responded, no one refuse the same . As a result there are so many exparte decree and respondeddo not get the justice and lost it assets. More over execution of decree no further summon is being issued therefore responded get no chance to protect his legal rights. And one fine morning court belif with police forcefully ejected the respondent putting him and his family in great humiliation. So kindly introduce inthe legal system that court should issue summon under court envelope and court service stamp to save so many people get chance to avil their legal rights. Pleas do something other wise rich people will take the advantage through the gap of the laws and easily get the exparte decree.

Many of those domestic duties have been passed over to newer departments as their Govt has grown. One similarity between the 18th and 19th century US SoS and our first home minister, for instance, is they were both responsible for growing the nations' territories: expanding the country by purchasing land from Foreign countries in America's case & from Princely states in Patel's case.

Dear Sir,
Summon issued by the court should be delivered under court envelop clearly mentioned in big letter marking summon insted of instructed to the petitioner advocate to send to the responded. If court issued summons directly to the responded, no one refuse the same . As a result there are so many exparte decree and respondeddo not get the justice and lost it assets. More over execution of decree no further summon is being issued therefore responded get no chance to protect his legal rights. And one fine morning court belif with police forcefully ejected the respondent putting him and his family in great humiliation.
So kindly introduce inthe legal system that court should issue summon under court envelope and court service stamp to save so many people get chance to avil their legal rights. Pleas do something other wise rich people will take the advantage through the gap of the laws and easily get the exparte decree.

The 18 & 19th century US secretaries of state had various domestic administrative duties including preserving & propagating laws. Many of those domestic duties have been passed over to newer departments as their Govt has grown.
One similarity between the 18th and 19th century US SoS and our first home minister, for instance, is they were both responsible for growing the nations' territories: expanding the country by purchasing land from Foreign countries in America's case & from Princely states in Patel's case.

Nariman should be ashamed of himself for not just quoting but concurring with admiration, "law should follow the merchant and not the other way around".
