Camperlists price and tax exemption policy are great. I have received everything I expected. They also gave me a set of guy ropes and tent buckles, which is thoughtful.
like this design. the tents i had in the past of this type put a rainfly on top with the crossbar going into the rainfly. an bunge / snap hook connections onto the other poles like here as well.
i always use the park to set up my tents, living in a flat i don't have a garden, but like dan said , set your tent up first to find any problems it may have.
Thanks, mate! I just watched the vid, and have now ordered a Taiji 1 Ultralight! I'm a touring cyclist, and this tent looks to be just the ticket. Cheers from Melbourne, Australia!
Danny i just had an idea to prevent the pole guy out lines from becoming tangled in the storage sack. Store them separately and only connect them with mini karabiners one the tent is pitched.
Absolutely GREAT info...have just ordered 4 for our little 'family' - 2 singles and 2 doubles. Have all the options we need now. Stay well, Stay safe Helen and Katarin Juska-Law, Stella and Terri with Robyn,
Thank you for watching, and I'm glad my video helped you .. please can I ask if you are a subscriber of my youtube channel? Because I don't Recognise your name
On the site, it says that the diffrence between the 3 & 4 season is the fabric on the inner tent. 3 season is 20D mesh and and the 4 season is 15D nylon, so I guess the same as the flysheet (without the coating). Might be a tad small for me, will look at the 2 person one Nice review 🙂
It looks great. Sustained wind resistance will be the main test. Re. size, @novicewildcamper fits inside which is always a good unit measurement of volume in a tent. Did he ever mentioned he was 6ft4 ?? 🤣🤣
Nice tent Dan👍 although I would have liked to have seen the room in the vestibule with the tent closed to give me an idea of room to cook & store wet gear 😎
Looks decent. I'd be interested in the 3 person if they address the inner tent flapping in the wind. 5000 hh is really decent for the outer especially considering overall weight.
Hi yes just giving me 2 great ideas the hot tent for me and my partner or just to use the tent for myself and my son to introduce him to camping to yes it looks great tent and very spacy to take kare mate from j.g.
As you say, test at home before your comfort/survival becomes an issue. For those without a garden many local authorities while not allowing camping, will allow pitching a tent for "practice" on parks and village greens. Ask, explain, and don't abuse.
Is it not possible to , where the guys attatch to 2 points on the pole , have the 2 connections going into a single guy line and into a single peg ?. So a v shape line attached to the pole at the upper and lower loops .and then a single line coming off the v to the peg .
Hi Dan, I have the Taiji 2 and it's a great tent but not that strong in the wind. I know you have it as well, are the poles on this tent thicker than the Taiji 2? They look like they are but it's difficult to tell from a video. Given that the design is the same I wouldn't have thought this was that much stronger just by being slightly smaller. Thanks.
Hi Paul, If you were starting in the summer months, then a nice cheap setup would be ok, link oex or vango, or even 3f ul gear. But now it's getting colder nights you need to start looking more into 3 season or 4 season tents
hi mate , great video and love the channel, I was just after a bit of advice if possible,I'm looking for a 4 season 1 man tent and I trust your honest reviews could you point me in the right direction please , going to have a good go at solo camping this winter , I do a lot of winter carp fishing so not afraid of the bad weather, any help would be much appreciated cheers 👍

James has a very good service attitude and I have always admired him.
Nice Price.
That’s good to hear mate. The 2 man version is terrible in wind. Mine got flattened
I saw your video paul
They've added extra guy points haven't they? Wonder if the two man one has them now too?
The extra set of guy ropes + tent buckles we provide can solve this problem well.
Hmm to buy or not to buy 🤔
@equilibriumentertainment6249 just do it! Lol
Just bought one hopefully get out on the hills and mountains soon 🙏

Nice review 🙂
Nice one! I think this little tent delivers a lot for the £140 it cost. Nice and spacious for a wee tent. Going to be a popular one I think! ⛺️ 👌🏻
Really good watch looks a good tent
Fly pitch first perfect ❤
Best Design for winter camping
Spot on tent ⛺️ that
Love the videos
Thank you
The colour is great, I like it’s got a ground sheet but I don’t like the short top pole. Great vid
Fair enough!

Great review Dan. Thanks very much. Cheers 🍻 mate
No problem 👍
Very much like the Naturehike Vik 2
Great video 🫡
The naturehike vik 2 is a single wall tent
The exoskeleton and the top cross piece i was comparing between the two tents 😎👍@@englishwoodsman
I have a vango apex 2 (2man) that's half the pack size of that 1man, it's stood up in high wind too
I might take a look 👀 thank you
Damn, 2.7kg/5.95lbs is a lot! Looks very sturdy and comfy tho
Great video xx
Nice tent Dan👍 although I would have liked to have seen the room in the vestibule with the tent closed to give me an idea of room to cook & store wet gear 😎
It's a ok size but it's not big enough to cook instead
Looks decent. I'd be interested in the 3 person if they address the inner tent flapping in the wind. 5000 hh is really decent for the outer especially considering overall weight.
Hopefully I will get the 3 person
Good video Dan
looks a cracking tent
I’m not one for lots of pockets inside tents. One pocket is fine by me.
Due to the fact that pockets on the tent walls, make the sides sag inwards.
