Vespucci is near the highway I got that one.
Vespucci, since I can have my Nightclub, Arcade, CEO and Apartment in the Del Perro area. I own the west side of Los Santos 😆.
The two cheap ones to save half a million I'm cheap and I have 50 million

I went back and forth between Little Seoul and Vespucci, but settled on Vespucci because I didn't like how closed in everything was around Little Seoul, & I love Vespucci; open area around building, garage on a main road, quick highway access, great views of the canals, and the basketball courts and half pipe next door are the icing on the cake!

Vespucci's big negative is it is next to a police station, so shooting nearby can be problematic.

Didn't notice the LSPD doing anything about that.
I went with Little Soule, not because it was cheap, but because it was well situated with my other properties. I do like its the only building on the block, making it an easy landmark to follow.
Looks nicer and more grand compared to the others aswell.
Also has an amazing view

Day one I changed from Hawick to Rockford, to many players killing each other, garage underground huge plus also a lot of Dre missions are very near by. Good coverage when you exit to any griefers

Speaking of loading screens, these load times are ridiculous. I constantly get stuck in a black screen when loading into the Agency. I know I’m not the only one
Not even loading into agency. I went into my MOC and it took between 5-10 minutes.
Yepp i have the same thing! Also after doing a mission a lot of the time. Super long loading screens.
Think the servers might just be loaded atm cause of the new dlc so hopefully will be over in a few days

Dude, Ty.. Thank you for going above and beyond and buying every location and consolidating them in a video. I was watching a dozen videos before you uploaded yours just trying to find the pros and cons of the different locations. You did it all in one and that’s awesome. Another banger video! I think I’m leaning toward Vespucci myself. Close to my CEO office, nightclub, main avenues of travel by car and view looks like it best out of all of them. Not thrilled about the front entrance but I don’t see myself using it very much. I’ll take my MKII or drive 99.9% of the time anyways. I was thinking about buying Hawick because it’s so close to the Casino, where I spawn in at but paying that much for a view of the side of a building is BS I think… it’s the little things. Anyways, thanks again. Take this like!
The Rockford location is looking pretty good for me, the covered garage entrance is a plus

I bought this location for the underground garage entrance just like my ceo office. Idk why just like the unique entrance compared to the others.
Honestly, I’ve no clue which one to buy. I’d prefer whichever is closer to all the missions and content related to the building to reduce travel time. Not to mention ease of access, so glad you covered that, but yeah. Without knowing where all the content is taking place, I’m undecided still.

Little soel is the most central, but the other two by the golf course seem to be good for the missions too
Rockford hills
You can leave using a free helicopter or just take a MK2 if you have one, so the location isn't that big of a factor. My main factors are how close the roof door is to where I can park my MK2 and if there's any cover on the roof. I choose the one closest to the casino because it has the best entrances and there's a tall building behind it that gives you some cover. It's also the most central location on the map and close main roads.
@@Duke_Nuke I want one with good cover and entrances, too, and my arcade and auto shop are close to the casino. How is the car and walk-in entrances?
I went with the Rockford Hills location, because I like the location itself, the views and the garage entrance. I personally think the most expensive location is actually the worst one, but it doesn’t really matter, they’re all pretty good.
Can’t forget the bridge connecting to richards majectic
I got the most expensive because I spawn in my penthouse for my daily spin and that’s the closest
I picked Vespucci Canals Agency. My Del Perro apartments and Maze Bank west CEO office are right next to each other and close by. My Del Perro Maisonette Los Santos nightclub is even closer to the agency. The last point is the agency is right off a major highway. I didn't pick the location for the view but picked it because I wanted it close to a major area where I travel a lot. Another plus side is that area where I'm at not many people are around there like it used to be when I'm on playing until new DLC change it some. The only major traveling I do other than the missions is going from Casino to Del Perro since I spin the wheel and grab daily chips from the cashier counter first thing when I get in.
Little seol is the best, tallest building, payphone next to it, best for sniping, no police station nearby, cheapest, ez access. The skate park one doesn't have great access for the garages and the police station is next to it, same for the most expensive one. And the one next to the movie studio has bad access, and shortest building.
I went for the Hawick location (most expensive agency) because it was closest to my Nightclub, my Autoshop, Casino Penthouse and somewhat close to my Arcade. The office city view is excellent, but the side window view is terrible. I'm still happy with my purchase. The update is just fine.

The short trip missions at the end where you can control Franklin and Lamar are hilarious and an awesome touch. I wonder what GTA is gonna do next. A lot of Easter eggs involving Franklins life outside of crime too.
I bought the Hawick one just because its close to the Casino and the highway that leads to the desert, in case I have to go there for missions .
Rockford Hills location for the win. Still pretty much in a great position in the city and still high end as well.

For once, the least expensive has the most positives over downsides. I am also happy everything is centralized and not spread out heavily like the night clubs. Keep it up

For me personally it seemed like the cheapest location was the most popular. Even when switching sessions it still was. So if that helps in making your decision, there you go.

In my opinion Rockford is the best because of the garage location.
They should have cleaned up the entrances and the outside like they did with high end apartment buildings, nightclubs, arcades etc it looks so bad right now and do the same with ceo office entrances it is a simple way to slowly evolve the map a bit
Yup...Little Seoul looks too trashy for my liking.
Feel like Rockford kind of suits this business since you are supposed to be assisting high society types and you are right there in the rich part of town. But idk still undecided which location i will choose when I finally get a chance to check the new update out.

No too many stairs are annoying. Especially when you are with someone and driving car n heading to agency. Mostly we do missions alone so what’s the point if it’s giving rich vibes or not. I bought vespucci canals. As I wanted quick access entrence. And it have direct link on the main road.
I’m assuming the safe-house/drop-off locations are also different for each office location so that might also be something to consider. I myself am not the biggest fan of the drop-off location for Hawick
Yeah I ran around looking for access to the drop off it is annoying. No room to land the helicopter I was in.
@@toddmurphy390 Exactly first couple times i also kept taking an alley to soon but thats just my fault, after a while i just landed the chopper on the building to the left of it, it has ladders u can go up and down on. But ofcourse thats still not ideal
I went with the Rockford location; wish the building was taller for slightly better views, but I own apartments with better in game views already.... Plus I own apartments at the Weazel and Majestic properties.

I went with the Vespucci Canals Agency. It is close to the Lombank Tower where my office is, my Nightclub and both of my CEO warehouses. I like having my properties near the coast because it has easy access to the PCH and the freeway. On top of that, who does not love being near the water?
The best location is the one you have fun with. I have the west side of Los Santos locked down with the Cell Towa. NC, Arcade, CEO, Apartment and a good Kostaka spawn for Cayo Prep.

Hawick maxed out. Seems a nice location, makes a change working out of the area. I don't have anything else nearby except the casino. I tend to bunch my businesses together as far as I can. Tuners, nightclub and arcade that is. 👍
i bought little seoul because of little cash, but i realized that it was actually very useful as it is very centrally located in los santos, and most missions that has to do with the agency are in the city
I bought the Rockford hills agency, next to movie studios, the view, I like the bridge you can walk on, the water fountain in front, entrance to the garage going underground
Looking at all of the places here are my reviews:
Little Seoul: decent but the trees look too copy and pasted, and the area seems too small, decent view as you see some of the buildings you own
Vespucci Canals: hate the entrance as it’s way too invisible, but the parking entrance I like alot because of how open it is and leads right to a road skate park is a plus tho, a lot of green but again not much on it, love the view tho by far my favorite
Rockford hills: By far the best location, right next to the movie studio, a golf course, and some beautiful grand expensive buildings. Outside area is by far the most unique with its fountains and bridge, and the underground parking entrance just makes it seem more grand. Close to apartments as well, not as central as Seoul but rly a 20 second difference in driving from one location to the other, close to maze bank too. Id 100% recommend this one as it gives that luxurious movie producer vibe
The most expensive location I believe to be by far the worst, shortest building, entrances are close to each other but the area looks so damn trashy, don’t recommend. The building itself looks like it would fit with the vibe of Imani-tech tho
I love the Vespucci Canals entrance, it is the closest to the road, and has a spot where you can park on the pavement. Best view, and being close to the skate park and golf club is great.
@@BentKneefan same I bought vespucci canals one too. Because I didn’t wanted to climb so much stairs and it has direct access to the road. And it’s very close to my apartment so another plus point.
True tbh it mostly depends on wether you like grand entrances or not and which location you have other properties closest too
I bought the Rock Hills. Love the unique entrances. It’s also close to my CEO and nightclub and arcade.

Hawick has been really good for me. Literally right down the block from my nightclub, not even a mile from my office building and all of my missions have been really close by so far.
Little Seoul For me the outside look good and I like the views less Player traffic , Opressor mk2 friendly

Location doesn't matter for someone like me that only grinds 24/7? People also have their own opinions about their location it is at.
This update is actually My favorite due to having Car Abilities to be able to disable missile lock on that's my favorite abilitie since I'm a grinder

I found the thruster actually comes in really handy with a lot of the contract missions.
Rockford Hills for the view and the two sided covered parking entrance. Just think that's cool and practical

I always go to see all the locations before buying a property, I was tempted to buy the one close to the casino, but I bought little seoul instead, more centric, very good so far, I will buy the improvements if I don't see anything wrong with the place.
Reason why I don’t like vespucci location is the MC stand your ground that can happen right next to it. I’ve seen far too many tryhards start that there and use that building as a sniping point. Something to consider.

You spent all this money and all this time making this video and didn't even show the views of the Rockford hills one. I don't get it.
Rockford has a view of the water tower and movie studio. Vespucci has a skatepark. Seoul has a clear view of the Vinewood sign at night. Hawick is next to the Casino.
I bought Vespucci then switched to Rockford.
little seoul is mine. its the cheapest and more likely the tallest tower building of the four(which is a big plus when it comes to tall buildings/towers)
Went with Vespucci. I like all my properties to be in the south/east and connected by easy/safe driving routes, and, ironically, the western-most property has the easiest pathing from the arena, Davis & La Mesa
Just a reminder regarding time it takes to enter the Agency, you don't need to go back to get new missions/assassinations you can just call Franklin for a new one.

Is there a location that has an exterior that actually matches the interior? The inside has those huge windows but most of the buildings look totally different from outside
I went with Little Seoul not because of price but location I also was thinking of the Rockford Hills because of the underground garage entrance. I like the center of the city location of Little Seoul so now I pretty much have appointments, garages, CEO office, in every part of the city.
I like the Rockford Hills garage location how its underground BUT imo the Little Seoul location is the best and the one I own.
What about the stairs? Seems annoying

I got the Hawick location cause of the great view of the skyscrapers and it’s right next to the capitol records building, plus it’s right by downtown vinewood which gives it a good aesthetic scenery since it’s based on Hollywood
I bought Rockford Hills, as it is where our potential clients supposedly would come from. Ritzy and fashionable shops and golf course nearby, what's not to like.😂

I just want to know which is best to buy! I’m going to get the one by the Vespucci canals. I have a full empire by del perro so the location is perfect for me. And pulling in to that driveway then walking to the door is very nice. Just like the cheapest office
Honestly Rockford Hills is the only way to go. The exterior is so different and gives it a premium feel. The water fall. The bright lights around the building. The bridge that connects to the apartment building is so unique! Lets not forget about the underground garage. It comes in clutch im telling you! It saved me so many times. I also think about the long run and i ask myself if there's any value near this Agency. You betcha its near LS Customs. Clothing Store. Barber Shop. Movie Theater. This last one might be different to some but I like how close it is to my already existing properties especially my office. I hope this helps!

i bought little seoul, because it looks good with the balcony and garden around it. view is good and entrances also. they all seem very good. i d say pick the one you like. price was no issue for me it was just the look of the building. awesome video👍
I bought the Vespucci location and I'm having buyer's remorse. I didn't realize it was right across the street from the police station. I exited my property once and got a wanted level for no reason.
i m really liking Vespucci Canals, idk why everyone seems to have a problem with the entrance, out of all my similar sized properties its the easiest to access from the road and I'm not getting clipped on anything.
True same here. And i hate climbing so many stairs. So it was a best option for the quick access to the entrance.
I'd go for Rockford Hills because not only it looks beautiful but also it's close to my Office, Arcade & Nightclub.
Picked up Rockford Hills for 2.4M, Added Sage lighting for $100,000. Looks great w/ the in-house factory furnishings. I’m good 🙂
I have Rockford Hills Agency. I like the movie studio being next door and one thing I like is the Franklin Clinton and Partner sign next to Lombank. Unfortunately it does bug out and tends to reappear if you start another server. Hope it gets fixed.
I'm going to wait for a sale (because I'm poor), but I'll get Hawick. It's close to the casino (so I can spawn there and I don't need to the accommodation here), my nightclub, my office, and close enough to LS Customs (to add glitched paints).
I don't mind the fact it's a busy area, because I play mostly on solo lobbies. Besides, by the time I get to buy it, the hype will be over and it won't be as busy. Hell, I'm still waiting for the last DLC to go on sale...
I'm far from poor but I'm rich because I'm careful with my money, I once brought something next discount week it was on sale, I thought never again! 😂

On a Next Gen Xbox and the load times, be it entering on foot or vehicle into the garage or agency directly can take forever - to the point where I have to load in again.
I went with Vespucci Canals based on the location. It's right down the road from my Del Perro apartment - my first ever purchase and where I still spawn in today. Plus it's near the main roads where I always tend to be, and even a fairly straight shot to my autoshop by the river.
I’d probably go for the one that’s closest to the casino since all my business properties are all in the La Mesa area as well as my Casino apartment. It’ll be solid for grinding

Wish Rockstar would let us buy multiple properties of the same type.I have the Maze Bank office not because it’s the most expensive and I wanna show off or something it’s because of the view and the building itself.I know you need some time to get to the helipad with a helicopter.But I wanna have the Arcadius too because of the Garage entrance.For the Autoshop I wanna have all of the customizations coz I like them all and for the Agency,I like the one next to the Richards Majestic Studio and the Celltowa co. because of the garage entrances

I went with a Hardwick location and I kind of liked the entrance. Overall though, I'm not too impressed with the DLC. You don't make as much money as you do with Cayo perico. I am also very disappointed that they force you to use a public lobby. Not that I have much of a problem since I use the MTU trip.. And there's much work that you have to do the missions don't seem to pay much. Let me know if I am missing something. But Hey, having an extra 20 car garage is nice. And they have made quite a bit of improvements too.
Dude it doesn’t matter of you don’t make as much money as cayo...it’s about the enjoyment of the dlc, the story, the joy you get out of it
You can do regular contracts, payphone hits, and short trips in invite only after completing the first ones, by calling franklin
I enjoyed the Dr. Dre mission line but yeah, the payout is way too low for how many missions there are and how difficult they are compared to Casino/Cayo preps. The Security Contracts and Payphone assassinations are pretty nice though, quick easy money.
Did you really expect it to not require a public lobby though, to be completely honest? That isn't how Rock* rolls, nor will it ever be because that would be as good as them admitting that their online experience is cancer.

I picked the Little Seoul, just because I only had about 20mil to work with so...and didn't do anything but accommodations and the garage. After I do a few of the contracts and payphone hits I'll add in the armory. Little Seoul probably has the best views and it seems like you're in a taller building vs the rest of them. Anybody checked out Franklin's mansion. I don't remember that slide being there in the backyard before the update?

Went with Rockford Hills. Centrally located, two garage entrances that are underground.
All my property purchases are the ones with the best scenery from the window view so I went with Little Seoul on this one
After a long search i decided to go for Rockford Hills (2.4 mil)because it has the nicest surroundings (fountains and stuff), i like the garage, its not overpriced (Hawick). All agencies are pretty central. Rockford has nice view.
If Vespucci had a better surroundings (AND NOT A LSPD DEPARTMENT INFRONT OF IT), i wouldve chosen Vespucci. The view is amazing.
Hawick is a very pretty building but the surroundings are ugly, it only got a grassy island thiny, its the most expensive. Also Hawicks side view is very ugly and the building is not high.
If view is the most important factor for you, you should go for Vespucci.
Hawick has the best view on the main skyscrapers.
Overall all agencies got their ups and downs and if you just want one which just does the job, Little Seoul is perfect.

Inside tip: when you're (the player) doing the Auto Shop vehicle drop offs, NO MATTER if you bump into something or if you slightky modify it differently when you drop off the car, the NPCs are rude and snatch keys out your hand giving you the grill lmfao 🤣 check it out
Scouted them all out on the map before buying, little seoul called out to be the best to me. Steps up from a car, sure, but inbound with a helo theres heaps of room to land on that plaza out front for the missions that wont let you take the roof entry.

I have the canals location and I've enjoyed it, pretty quick in and out next to the highway and beach side... but furthest from casino missions and desert events
I (literally) just moved to the Hawick location because the entrances are right next to each other. Plus, it's the closest one to the Diamond Casino. Gonna check everything else out when I get home from work, right after I accept a donation from El Rubio, lol.

The entrance of the roof is irrelevant as with mk2 you can land near it and in an helicopter you can just land and it will spawn you in the agency.
I went with the one closest to the Casino. Quick and easy to get there, downtown, the auto shop on the other side of viaduct, and then out to Sandy for the MC businesses.

The Canal Agency is best. The highway onramp is next to the building. The cops are on the other streetside. There is a armored Cop Truck. My Casino is one block away, If you have the cheapest office, its 2 blocks away. I go with this one.
I did all the contracts using the new cars its much more fun specially with the payphones. It feels like gta again
I brought Vespucci Canals because my Office is a block away (maze tower west), and I own a small and medium warehouse around the canals, my penthouse is right up on the hills close by, my bunker is right up the coast, my motorcycle club is right on the beach. I love having most of my businesses centered around the canals and the beach because it has easy highway access and it's my favorite area of the map along with the redwood forest and it keeps me out of downtown. The only things I don't have in that area is my nightclub which I never use but am about to move to that side of town and my auto shop and vehicle warehouse which im also looking to move closer to the area.
