Easy Access Garage Shelves DIY

I built shelves for my storage bins to be easily accessible while taking up less space. I also built some heavy duty garage shelves with 2x3's and 1/8" composite board. This is a great build for any DIYer or experienced builder. It can be done within a couple hours.
