Nevee’s wheels are Ripper wheels. they are common rarity and can be bought either as an ncr for 10cr or less on any platform, or as it’s actual value if ur buying individual items not for the nc.
The average price for buying individually would be:

Maktuf’s wheels i’m pretty sure are black veloce (could be wrong) that are exotic or uncommon rarity.
