Jason, I’m always so sad when your video’s end. You’re an amazing videographer and story teller. I was raised on a farm and I believe I have learned way more from your video’s then I ever did with my dad yelling at me🤣🤣🤣 Keep the lives and video’s coming….the more the better. Brooke is going to be pretty darn great with you for a teacher
Part of "making things look so easy" is planting the right plant in the right spot. Cog Hill has reached out to local experts to supplement thiernown knowledge. It can truly make a difference.
Jason, I am envious of your passion for something. You were so excited about this potager project I thought you’d take off skyward. Glad you showed us what the plans would look like at Petals From The Past. And, Brooke, you got to play with your ever lovin’ tractor.
One thing about CogHill videos you change everything up and it's always something exciting. From your earlier videos until now, things are similar, but also different 😊 Can't wait until you get the subscriber counts you deserve "Millions" 😊
It is going to look so beautiful in Spring. The rose swag is a very good idea. Thank you for sharing. Love and Blessings to you all. Doris, Penrith 🇦🇺🦘
Jason and Brooke, I put solar post caps on my posts. They're beautiful! Just doing that swag work added a magical look! I cannot wait! My mind is churning for my retirement nursery!
Oh how I love to start my morning with Cog hill. It just sets the day with a positive and sweet start. I really notice the difference from when I start with the news. The day is not so bright and my thoughts stray. So, from now on if it's not a new video, it will be an old one. Thank you very much.
I'm really glad you took us on a field trip to the gardeners so we could get an idea of what you were describing with the swags and the walkways. I know exactly what your talking about now. Our city's, Rotary Botanical garden is fabulous and features maybe different gardens, and one of them is what you have in mind. Also at the holidays, they put up millions of Christmas lights and lite up scenes. It's beautiful. People come from other States to see it. I can't wait to see the process. This is going to be beautiful when it's done. I plant container veggies because we rent our place. So I don't really know to much about gardening and the lingo, so I'll be learning as I watch your videos. Great video.
Hey you guys got a lot done!!! I am picturing a beautiful display of roses draping the front of your house. I hope you guys are finding time to enjoy your new home even though it’s not complete. Working outdoors with the sun on your face and the animals and family surrounding you must be an amazing way to spend your day. Imagine working surrounded by four walls and no windows. Take the time to smell your roses😊
You may want to caulk where the post protector ends at the top because every time it rains water will go down inside and sit there for a long time and rot out your wood anyway because you will be using it on the outside instead of the inside of walls.🧡🧡🧡🧡
I just want to compliment you on everything Jason Brook and Mary Carl. Your video content is just perfect you teach us new things daily and edit perfectly. Out of all the channels I watch Cog Hill is just so perfect and thank you so much for sharing your dreams fir bringing us along also cause so many of us have the same dreams. I get so excited when I see you have posted a video and now Brook and Mary Carl have a channel for us to see even more. Truly love what you all are doing and it is just perfect.
Great job you two! Always love footage with Jason from Petals from the Past, so much knowledge and enthusiasm! It's going to be a beautiful and enjoyable garden! 🌹
Dear Jason Brooke and MaryCarl thank you for taking us on your journey I have been with you all over 2 years I get soo excited for each vlog I am housebound and this gives me so much joy God bless
I love you guys!!! When i want to learn something i come to you guys, i sure wish i had what you do, i got a long LONG way to go! I cant wait to see how your roses cover that area! Just dont forget our favorite Jason, HYDRANGEAS
I could see you and Brooke renewing your wedding vows in front of the rose swags in full bloom!🌹🌹🌹💒 and at Christmas putting lights and cedar greenery! Love this beautiful backdrop you guys are creating😍
Wow that is going to be just beautiful can see your vision great job Brooke and Jason . You are becoming quite the expert on the tractor Brooke it is your happy place Jason just love your enthusiasm about the roses watching from Queensland Australia thanks for sharing ❤️🇦🇺👍❤️❤️🇦🇺🇦🇺🌼🌼🌼
Looking at Brooks face when you say you gonna put the sod down and the soil and I see that little impish smile on Brooks face I know she’s thinking it’s gonna be beautiful absolutely beautiful
You two have so many projects on your new land , I love the idea of the rose swag. You have boundless energy , can’t believe how much you have accomplished.💕💕😊💕
Hey Jason and Brooke, My Grandma had the most gorgeous roses climbing a whole side of a two story home, she found the best fertilizer was one dose of chicken poop in the Spring! Same roses lasted over 50 plus years!
I just love the swags. I was afraid they would block the sky/orchard view but now I understand. The swag not being to curved will make this just like gorgeous window frames. This truly will increase the area of your side porch. I love all the textures ( ground cover on slope the mulch, gravel, grass and then the cement on the porch). It will truly be an area for family celebrating and events along with cook outs, and just plain relaxation or conversation. Great work as always.
The protege garden has begun. So excited to see yours and Brooks dreams come to life. Great job you two , thank goodness for the tractor making this part of the job easier. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🤗💓💞💕
KMSL 🤣😂🤣 you sound and look like me when it comes to gardening, my favorite store is my plant nursery too…I grew up with gardens with my dad and I remember watching and imitating what he would do and he harvested the veggies we wasn’t allowed to touch because he was scared we would break the plants but when he would go to work at the crawfish ponds we would sneak and pick in spots where he wouldn’t notice and my sisters would hide in the rows and eat the green beans lol but I just grew a love and a passion for plants since a young girl and it still makes me getty when its time to plant. God Bless Yall
I just love watching my favorite Cog Hill Farm family at work in the morning. You all make a good team with great attitudes. It inspires me. The rose swag is going to look beautiful. I can't wait.
That area will be a beautiful place to sit in the spring and have coffee in the mornings. Smelling your beautiful roses and seeing your flowers grow. An idealic little spot in the future.
They make really nice post toppers for decks, maybe something like that. Also maybe run some fairy lights across the wires to give pretty look to the wires.
Wow! The view from the potager garden when you finished was amazing with the bright blue skies, beautiful clouds &,of course, the equally beautiful Brooke! I can’t wait to see what it’s going to look like with the roses blooming next spring (I’m an optimist 😄). Y’all are making such good headway on the 40! I enjoy going along for the ride 😊
I fell on love with gardening when I lived with my Dad as his caretaker. He had enough yard to do a little gardening and once I got started I was bit by the gardeners bug 🐛😅 for life. I enjoy watching design your garden..makes me kinda jealous since I live in an apartment now. So thanks 😊 for letting be an armchair gardener with you. LOL from Carole and the kittens 🐱🐈.j4d4r
Wow what a great project! So excited to see the gardens come to life. Stumbled across you guys around gardening and then kept following for the last couple of years! Every week you give me something to look forward to ;)
I can't wait to see the results. Personally I would caulk the top of the post protectors with some clear water proof silicone to be safe from rot. Just my 2 cents. lol. God Bless.
The weather has been just gorgeous! We say this time of year is the south's reward for surviving the Summer Heat! Drought here too friend...still. Y'all are a highlight of our day!~TexasMom
Jason, Consider planting a clematis along with the swag roses and then you can get color all year long. Just make sure they are in a pruning group that works. I highly recommend brushwood nursery!
The courtyard is going to be fantastic and the rose swag will be the show stopper. The swag will become a beautiful work of art. Way to go Jason and Brooke 💞👏💞👏
Really enjoyed watching you build the swag. Your anti rot measures are so smart! Thanks for the visit to Petals. Scratches an animal itch to see little vignettes of animal scenes when the focus is on planting or building. Hearing the fence squeak 19:25 makes me feel like I'm right there. Thank you! :o)
I’m picturing your side yard used for parties, teas, wedding, vow renewal, etc. WOW!!! 🥰
Petals is one big dose of happiness! Your potager is going to be spot on! Love all your videos but this one extra special!
Can't wait to see the rose swag in full bloom!! It'll be a while but will be so worth the wait!!
That rose swag is going to be phenomenal! You two make it look so easy.
Part of "making things look so easy" is planting the right plant in the right spot. Cog Hill has reached out to local experts to supplement thiernown knowledge. It can truly make a difference.
I was thinking the same thing. Can’t wait to see how it looks in spring!
Did you guys cement in your posts ?
I love watching you dance in the garden! This potager garden is going to be stunning 🤩
I can see Jason dancing in there every morning and that's his cup of coffee 😊
You are such a good videographer. Clear close-up animal shots and action shots, well done. Also, your storyline’s are interesting.
Thank you so much!
Hello 👋,How are you??
This is about half of why I stay joyfully. The other half is personalities. They're just people I'd love to be around irl.
@@CogHillFarm Family of genuinely good people who are full of love! ♥️
They the best videographers!! Them and Arms Family Homestead are the very best. Enjoyable videos with no fake acting or drama. I love them both!
Jason, I am envious of your passion for something. You were so excited about this potager project I thought you’d take off skyward. Glad you showed us what the plans would look like at Petals From The Past. And, Brooke, you got to play with your ever lovin’ tractor.
I can’t wait until next spring to see what the roses do on your swag!!!
Your roses are going to be beautiful 🌹❤️. The animals all look healthy as ever and so sweet. 🌻💕🌻
❤❤❤ this Potager is going to be spectacular! Thank y’all for letting me help y’all!
One thing about CogHill videos you change everything up and it's always something exciting. From your earlier videos until now, things are similar, but also different 😊 Can't wait until you get the subscriber counts you deserve "Millions" 😊
I love hearing how excited y'all are, it comes out in your voices.
Behind every good man, is an awesome wife! If she drives a tractor…. what a BIG plus !!!
A match made in heaven, here on earth♥️
Can't wait to watch the roses climb up and fill out the arch. Take care and stay safe out there. GOD BLESS Y'ALL.
The side yard and the rose swag is going to look amazing...Already looks amazing from when you started.
Hello 👋,How are you??
I happen to have the close captioning on. When you said, “Cog Hill Garden,” the caption read, “Cocktail Garden.” Made me smile!
The rose swag is going to be beautiful! Just love seeing you gardening again
That is going to look so beautiful. When you guys are sitting out on your side porch you'll have a lovely view.
I love that Ms Cog-Hill helps you with your passion even though gardening isn't her thing
Brooke is quite the asset! Great partner for Jason. Her tractor skills impress me!
She can appreciate how beautiful everything is.
Those rose swags are going to be spectacular! I can't wait to see them at full bloom. 🥰🥰🥰
It is going to look so beautiful in Spring. The rose swag is a very good idea. Thank you for sharing.
Love and Blessings to you all. Doris, Penrith 🇦🇺🦘
Such a great idea to put those covers on the bottom of the posts and the topper on top of the posts.
Please consider adding cafe light strings to the top rose swag! Just think how beautiful they will be with the lights at night❤❤
Painting the posts and adding the cap to the top, will have it lasting for many yrs to come.
Jason and Brooke, I put solar post caps on my posts. They're beautiful! Just doing that swag work added a magical look! I cannot wait! My mind is churning for my retirement nursery!
Y’all are some hard workers !! I just love everything about your homestead 🥰 sit back in a couple of years and reap those rewards y’all deserve it !

Brooke and Jason you make it look so easy!
Those swags sound amazing! Your place is going to be so amazing in a couple years, you’ll have Ladies trying to rent it for weddings! Just beautiful!
we also haven't had any rain in over two months. Northwestern Arkansas
You could also put planters at the bases with climatis to Inter mingle with the roses once the roses get established🌸 just love this project.
I am so excited to see the potager garden coming to life!
I can hardly wait to see this! Especially the flower garden!
Having the roses swing and drapes across is going to be beautiful. I'd add in lights to drape through with the roses. It be beautiful at night
