I am busy writing up the history of the Faceless Few, a special operations unit in which I had the privilege to serve in very challenging times. We also had recruit potential operators with a specific profile but it differed from SF. We were located inside NIS, but were also separate from them. We also had to develop our own training programs and had a big challenge in defending the need for covert training against powerful bureaucrats that never understood our operational needs, but still wanted us to conform to their criteria. They accused us of being elite, but our professional work required the highest standards to be met. Your series is extremely valuable in documenting your own history, because if you don't do it, then someone else will, even if they have little insight into your daily routines and challenges. Respect for our SF brothers.
