This video was a grind! I'm always being asked for my "best" builds for crucible. The builds I spend the most time on. People struggle to find the videos where I breakdown the builds, so I made this to solve that problem. A fuilly PACKED video with all the PvP focused builds I've ever needed. Big thing not written in the description of dunemarchers, is that it also increases slide distance. Huge for sliding into shotgun range.
This is an excellent video, and what I have needed in my life. I’m new to PC gaming and I have always done crucible, which I’m decent at, but I have relied to heavily on skill and reaction speed far too much. It gets me in trouble in some moments, but saves me in others because I typically have the superior skill. But I don’t run a build in crucible, I just play because mods seem to be focused on PVE Vs PVP. Having the explanation of which mod and why will give me the edge I need to improve my encounter win/lose ratio. Thank you !

ive been using your strand hunter cyrtarachnes build and it’s so fun.
Recovery is the most important stat on every character. I see so many people invest in resilience and discipline but running tier 3 or 4 recovery, that’s so crazy to me.
That's why you gotta run triple 100s and none of them will be crappy
Screw Recovery and Resilience.
I'll stay with my Tier 10 Mobility and T10 Intellect Warlock
Because if you're good at tactics you don't need recovery. Recovery is literally a "I fucked up" stat.

went flawless in trials for the first time with a similar solar warlock build. same aspects but my fragments were a little different. I uses Ember of Char, Ember of Mercy, Ember of Solace, and Ember of Ashes. I'll definitely have to try ember of torches out.

such a shame that warlocks haven't gotten any meaningful exotics for such a long time that even though its been so long, ophidians and transverses make up over half of warlocks builds in trials (checked this most recent weekend: 65% of warlocks use either ophids or transverses). would love to be able to make some builds that will compete in this meta, that don't just revolve around moving fast or having better handling. the newest child of the old gods exotic had potential but its benefits only become meaningful after a kill with it...
I think the other classes are in the same boat with hunter exotic usage being stompees and spine and titans being dunes and anteus. The recent exotics do feel extremely niche to kinda cool but nothing really worth running which is really unfortunate. Lets hope we see some spicy armor in the future
@@DM-yu5qb you are 100% right, there really is two main exotics for each character with the others just not on their level which is crazy when there's like 40 exotics per character.
@@boneidle8420 I hope in the future we get exotics that shake things up while not dominating. Essentially adding more into the "top pick options" for pvp but just being alternate playstyles to each other
@@DM-yu5qb have to admit I do quite like the c facade strand hunter helmet exotic for woven mail but considering how easy this game is to hit headshots it doesn't do much unless you're against auto firing weapons like autos/smgs or sidearms. Still doesn't compete with stompees tho, hunter just feels like moving in syrup without them lol
Neutral game is more important than niche exotics that buffs grenades or buff niche things that force you to build into those things movement speed has a higher skill gap for this game that’s why the movement exotics will never go away for top pvp players they wanna move fast not like a turtle

For strand I run the same but instead of ensnaring slam I run threaded specter it just seems to work better for really good for shutting down apes and some kinda nutty plays when trying to run and it kinda works as a shield a bit
If you dodge backwards they have to kill your shadow first, this is a huge lifesaver. Controlerplayer will also stick with their crosshair on the shadow. Pair it with bombardiers and you can kill apes so easy... you can get double or tripplekills

Hey, I wanna know what’s the best speed loaderslacks with stasis for pvp Plz?
When you focused armor for you're hunter, was it recovery im guessin you used?
I main hunter especially on arc for pvp. What is your opinion with blink?
I run tier 8 mobility but use rose 80% of the time. Unfortunately igneous is too good right now
If i'm using for example a Stasis kinetic/primary weapon, bow or SMG etc, am I using unflinching kinetic aim or unflinching stasis aim?
Im so glad someone is finally not attacking 3resil hunter. I've never jumped on the high resil bandwagon. I always do 100 mob, recov and disc. And then high int and strength

Only thing i wish you would have added wouldve been just some weapon combinations you like to use for each of the builds. Maybe its just always the same based off of maps. But yeah besides that it was great
Bomber + distribution on your class item should yield you more grenade energy than 2x bomber mods.

Dunemarchers was the first exotic I got on my titan and I rocked that ish in pvp and pve for weeks until I got something "better"

My issue with PvP atm is just how there’s so much stuff in the game now, that you can never predict what’s round the corner. And it’s almost always not what you expect. The only option is to kill them before they get a chance to do ANYTHING.
burning maul is extremely underrated
I would love to see you start from the very beginning. Create a new light and see how the character ends up after a specific amount of hours.

What about double or triple of the same targeting, dexterity mods. Like 2 or 3 kinetic targeting mods or 3 kinetic dexterity mods
its fine if you don't have anything else you want. Only the targeting mods aim assist buff increases with more, starts at 5 for 1, 8 for 2 and 10 for 3. the accuracy cone and ADS multiplier buffs don't stack. its really only worth running one imo. Dex mods scale ready/stow animation speed by .8 for 1, .75 for 2 and .7 for 3.
So I got all my charcters to 100 Resil/100 Discipline and now recovery is way more important

I have 10 on resilience recovery and intellect.

I’m surprised Arcstrider is here honestly, it was much better before 3.0 and other than receiving a fast-cooldown Super, it lost a lot to the 3.0 update without gaining much (in PvP)
A lot of issues with the kit now, like how Flow State dodge damage resist isn’t helping you survive since it’s not active a lot of the time you’ll need it, how Lethal Current jolt kills override your Combination Blow melee meaning you never heal or get another dodge after melee fights, and how Lethal Current only affects one Staff swing now which badly nerfed Arc Staff’s damage compared to old top tree
Arc is a shotgun subclass

Cause there was no ability spam. We actually had 70-80% of FUN primary gun fights. I would love for them to make it a permanent core mode.

Honestly if you wanna play a Titan, Peacekeepers + SMG + Sniper. Stats : 5 moblility, 8 resil, 10 recov. , You don't need 10 resil, cos for most meta weapons there is no difference in TTK between 8 and 10 resil.

Does anyone know for the love of god how to stop grapple punching when I’m just trying to throw a kunai now ? I am so annoyed after they did that change as if it wasn’t easy enough to just SEPERATE the binds. It messes me up so much when someone is one shot and I’m trying to grapple and throw a kunai but I punch the air
u gotta unbind auto melee and bind something for charged melee and uncharged melee smth like that
You can’t. It’s default to grapple punch whatever key binds you have
@@ybadriann it used to work like that. And allowed for so many unpredictable plays. Now it just feels like they lowered the skill ceiling on it because it’s impossible to seperate them right after a grapple. I wish they made it an option in settings not forcing everyone to play it like that. I was hoping someone somewhere maybe found a way of getting it back to normal

im running 4 dis on my titan with 100 int for trials
man its hard to get good rolls on hunter, for all these builds, I dont have enough to get more than one 100
@@AxiomAxololtdungeons seem to be the best for highest tier armour for me, master version even more so since they are coded to have at least 2 spikes at 16 or above. I did it back when duality was giving the best but I think pit of heresy took over. Stick on a discipline or intellect ghost mod for hunter and titan and use recov ghost mod for warlock for best chances.
