    Usually we soak vada in water after frying
    Is there no need in this recipe??

      Hi...Madhura , yes ,you can store in a deep freezer, it lasts for 6 moths , infect i grind my different difefrent types of dals to make dosas, its very easy if you have ready batter on hand . Grind once & store it in a deep freez, Pls...do check my dosa too. Thank u so much .

    very nice method!! can we use urad dal too instead of moong dal?

      Hiii.. you can use urad daal, and add little of rice flour, bcs urad daal is little sticky. And honestly Moong daal is easy to digest .
