    Never too much power 👍. It’s all about throttle control . The power can be there and used when needed but rarely like a sports car . Most of my RC s are overpowered except the rlaarlo Omni is stock .

    I just want somewhere like that to drive. Looks like a beast and great to see you out having fun with the bigger scale. And with Dad too.

      Yeah I'm kinda with you now, not often I can get to this track anymore, very excited when I can though.
      Definitely a beast Kagama4 now, and really happy dad had some fun before going back to work😁
      Keep searching for a bash spot, I believe in you🤘
      Thanks Jason!

    Good video. Nice bash session. It's always nice to take home a fully or mostly intact RC.

      Definitely better than taking home bits and pieces of RC cars😱
      Thanks Tim!

      Yeah man it's awesome, easy flips on 6s🤘
      Should hold up, the diffs and stuff are the same as what come in the older 6s Corally rigs but I do have the spiral diff gears if the stockies fail😉
      Thanks man!

    I like to up the ESC s as well to keep the motor cooler . Usually works with the same intended battery . Like 6s esc with 4s battery , 4s esc with 3s battery . You know all this , I’m such a noob sometimes.

    • @rccrazy
      @rccrazy  4 дня назад

      @Hungrybird474 yeah better to have plenty of extra amps and using lower voltage technically mean the esc will last forever👌

    I've got the 6s Kagama with an 11 tooth pinion and a Max 8 combo.
    I get temperatures of 197 fahrenheit (91.6 Celsius) every time I run it.
    I put a 40mm server fan on the motor and it stays cool all day.
    The ESC, however, gets very hot.
    Look at Do RC or East Tactics video of how to make your own 40mm server fan.
    It keeps my motor at 150 F (65.6 Celsius) and cost me $8 only.
    I only run 4 and 5 s because I don't want to kill my ESC.
    Even though I geared down, the ESC struggles. 😢
    However, the Max 8 needs to be told that you're running a 5s battery (through programming) otherwise it detects a 5s battery as a depleted 6s battery and hits LVC almost immediately.
    I have a 4s high voltage battery on the way, and I'm hoping that hits the sweet spot because it's annoying to program the ESC for 5s each time i change batteries from 4s to 5s.

      Yeah I have a heap of the SanAce40 fans that I sometimes use on bigger cars, they are heavy though and I broken many when doing big jump sessions.
      Alloy housing fans are the go👌
      And yes I just leave my escs on lipo mode and gear them for 6s, for the 36 size motors a 150a 6s esc should never damage the esc but 40 size motors I try and run a 160a.
      It is very annoying having to swap to and from NIMH mode just to run 5s though yes.

    Somehow , someway we find ways to make things work . I hope they replace the esc for you

    • @rccrazy
      @rccrazy  4 дня назад

      No the esc was my fault, I damaged it it didn't come damaged, sorry I didn't really explain that properly🤦
      But yeah if we really want something we'll find a way to achieve it😁

    Those are killing landings, I think 5S would be perfect for that, will keep the temps down as well. Insane bashing.

    • @rccrazy
      @rccrazy  5 дней назад +1

      I think some of the landings were somewhat lucky, the lengths off that berm was definitely luck😳 no way I could replicate that first double flip😅
      But yeah I think 5s would be optimal for this motor set-up, would love to try a proper 6s motor though 4068/74 2000kv or something with 17t pinion, would be insane!
      Thanks for watching mate👍

    What scale is that

    • @scooterjackson2065
      @scooterjackson2065 5 дней назад

      1/10

    • @rccrazy
      @rccrazy  5 дней назад +2

      It is classed as a XL 1/10 but physically much closer to a 1/8, they have used all 1/8 parts so it's a smallish 1/8 in my opinion.
