Aleena, I feel that no teacher has relevance in todays time, only learners/ students are relevant. If a student has a will to learn then he/she will learn no matter how difficult it is. I think in these times nobody can claim that they are teachers of any particular subject, internet is more powerful in terms of memory, what I am trying to say is humans should only be learners and not claim as teachers. Offcourse everyone can express their thoughts and insights about a particular subject but they cant be considered as teachers. An individual should decide for self that what to be learnt for his/her benefit.
A teacher is someone who can coach & mentor students. An effective teacher has the ability to bring out the best in their students and ensures the students full potential is reached. Even the top performers / most skilled people in the world- they have the skill, however their coach will give them the required direction and training to maximise their performance. Even us teachers have mentors & seek guidance from various avenues. 🥳
