Huge kudos for refusing to partner with casinos and gambling sites because you are aware of your audience and the consequences it could have. Esports need more people like you.
considering most pros only have 5-10 years at the top level to make the biggest chunk of the total income they will make in their life 100-150k per year doesnt seem like too much. Many young pros haven't worked a "real" job in their life, so they need to make the most of their time as a pro.
@@jstris I know that. It only proves my point that as a pro player you have to make the most out of the short amount of time you get at the top tier of CS since income can vary so much from year to year.
@@BauerHermann1811 i mean there’s lots of opportunity pathways from esports you could count streaming/content and you could become a caster but even if you fall off that’s still a lot of money to kick start your life though even if you do end up working a regular 9-5
seeing this, I probably should have kept trying to become a pro... I was so close to getting a livable salary but after many things/issues I lost all motivation. Now I hate myself for not trying harder and more. Now with 26 I'm way too old for it sadly I think I follow you since 2015 or 2016 and I'm so god damn happy for you, more than de_served that everything worked out for you. 150K is a amazing salary! :D
these salaries might not last. i was watching a podcast with jason lake earlier in the week-- there might be a major market correction in the next couple years and a lot of the money right now won't be there in the future. just something to keep in mind.
@@CoolDrifty honestly, I dont care about the salary, I would do it for free as well since I LOVE to compete. My interest has shifted towards motorsport now and even though I'm too old for that as well, I want to join a cup later once I'm good, still a newbie.

You are doing very interesting content and you've improved a lot in your videos and editing. Good job. I remember you since you were playing for HellRaisers. Good luck in 2025, Martin!
Hello Styko. you are doing great job. thx for this (and all other) video(s). And yes, I would like to see also the video of your outcome 2024 :) i think, It will be very interesting
Yo, nice video. It was randomly in my recommended and I’ve never seen you before other than randomly hearing about you in the pro scene. But this was definitely a very informative video. And I’m looking forward to the spending one as well. Keep it up👏
Very nice to see transparency, this is very good money for the average person and not to mention pros like ropz, s1mple, zywoo would be gettings hella bucks what i was very intrigued by was the analyst pay, like you said they offered you less then the typical analyst because you are new, so i can only imagine analysts like ynk, pimp who are at almost every tier 1 big event are getting payed well and not to mention thier content like podcast or streams keep up the good work
This is a fascinating video-highly transparent and insightful. Thank you for sharing these numbers! It not only benefits the CS community but also helps other gaming communities understand the potential earnings at higher levels of gaming.
Amazing video! I’m interested if this after/before tax? I imagine different sources of income would be taxed differently, therefore percentages might change
i wish there would be the same transparency when it comes to cheating at pro cs. Because that is a huge issue since the games existence and nobody seems to care. Thats what actually killed pro cycling and they still struggle from recovering.
good video , lots of youtubers and streamers are very reserved when it comes to revealing their income charts . also with 50K subscribers i´m sure it would be easy to make some casino promoting money so shout out for taking the hard road . maybe you could do some rought estimation video on how much bigger youtubers/streamers can make , and also how much they can be offered by gambling websites realistically . i know many of them transitioned from twitch to kick since twitch banned gambling promotions (IIRC) .
Awesome STYKO! Big Fan of yours! Please could you also tell how much money Could be earned through Sponsors Like Skins Monkey! As i am starting my youtube carrier. I really need to get the idea. Thanks and big thumbs Up!
This is all pre taxation. In my 2023 SPENDING video I cover these taxes, too. (ruclips.net/video/qFIYaV893gs/видео.htmlsi=cSJu4Bzj9o4Gow_D) If you are interested in my 2024 spendings too, I will gladly show how much % will be taxed.
Question: what about stickers of other majors, let's say a 2017 major, do u still keep getting paid when someone buys it years after? Edit: great content btw!
Nope, you can’t buy it anymore. These payments are made only as long as you can purchase sticker inside actual game. As soon as the sale is over, we no longer get the cut. So if you buy my sticker for 1$ on the market now from another user, I do not get anything out of it.
This only takes into the account my career as professional CS2 player. I have two more companies and portfolio of investments that add up to a pretty nice income outside of gaming
Honestly, very transparent and you seem as a genuinely nice fella. Best of luck man

I wish you for next year the same video with 500K Euro in the end.
kinda suprised that you got only 4K in adsense. Since you pulled couple millions views.
