I loved having this in my collection the only con about it is the shuffling and the way they stick together. I bought cause I loved this cartoon back in the good days.
I actually ordered this, just for the nostalgia of it. It is hilarious. I'm not sure how much I'll actually do readings with it but love it none the less.
I was so excited for this deck, still love it but more for a nostalgia factor rather than a quality factor. I've been using it obsessively for a week now so it obviously doesn't bother me too much haha . the guide book is so good though!
Thanks for the deck walkthrough with good production quality. I haven’t seen any GBK fans review this deck yet. That would offer an interesting perspective, though someone knowledgeable in tarot as well would be a tall order. I feel like a sort of in between. I have a strong love for these having grown up collecting them starting at second series. And I am an avid tarot collector. Though I’m neither an encyclopedia of either. I have a few thoughts. This is likely a novelty deck which isn’t going to be a frequent table read. I suppose if someone saw this among the tarot reader ware they would be enthralled. The card stock is thick quality, shuffling is not different than any other new deck. Maybe you have a point for those looking for the swiftness of a Rider Waite Smith deck. I would contest your that comment you made in regards to the aesthetics of the border. I see it (especially first-hand each card) it serves to artistically separate what would otherwise become absolute randomness of chaotic imagery and color bleed. It is a brilliant silver that contrasts the black matte background border. This is particularly true with the upper arcana. Anyway, fun review and well paced. Many thanks.

Treat the cards with a little fanning powder and a kabuki brush and it will put a stop to the friction and clumping.

I love this cardstock shuffles beautifully mine doesn’t stick terribly butttttt, we are getting older (garbage pail people) the characters are tiny
