We don't give our lives to Christ to be saved. He gave his life for us. Giving our life to him is works, and your works will send you to hell if you trust in them according to Mathew 7:21-23.

If you are repenting of your sins to be saved, then you don't understand the gift of God, and that we are saved by grace through faith, and that it is not of ourselves. Jonah 3:10 tells us that turning from our sin is works, and the bible says that it is not of works, lest any man should boast. Jonah 3:10 And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way, and he repented of the evil that he said that he would do to them, and he did it not. Repenting of your sins for salvation is a false gospel, and can save nobody from hell. Turning from your sin is obeying the law, and if the law can save you, then Jesus died in vein.

At least he teaches differently than Graham did, in that you have to know Christ to be saved. Graham taught that even the Muslim who didn't know Christ is saved because he is following the light that he has.
