Repenting of your sins for salvation is a false gospel, and can save nobody from hell. Turning from your sin is obeying the law, and if the law can save you, then Jesus died in vein.
At least he teaches differently than Graham did, in that you have to know Christ to be saved. Graham taught that even the Muslim who didn't know Christ is saved because he is following the light that he has.
