You have no idea how crazy strict some of lockdown protocols here in the Philippines. Some authorities even insist on requring wearing facemasks inside their own cars. They require face shields inside establishments and malls but inside dining areas you can remove them. Some policies were not well thought of. The rich and powerful gets away violating protocols while the poor gets jailed and fined.
