so on your website do you sell the actual lego set, like with instruction and brick like what you get at the store, or do you sell instructions on how to make it.
well it has the millenium falcon attached to the mid section and a lamda class shuttle on its side. in episode v, one of the last scenes takes place on such a medical ship. luke gets his mechanical hand there if i remember correctly. Anyways the lamda class shuttle is an imperial vessel. though it could be the tydirium shuttle which was used in episode vi to get to the forest moon of endor by the rebel alliance. I think the falcon on the medical fregate is best hint we can get that this is actually rebel alliance fleet. Even thought the other ship types could have been in imperial use too throughout the movies. i am not sure ...
Can anyone give me a tutorial to build fancy/pretty roofs without using too much pieces? Or maybe @Brick Vault can you make one? It would be awesome to see it because I cant find any good ones on YT
I've seen some good technique videos out there :) I've honestly not done too many roofs myself. Our back catalogue of MOC vids has some great examples. Also lots of designers linked in the description below have technique pics if you scroll through their photostreams.
May you take a look on my flickr. There is a big shrine with a black roof. It’s made of turned plates and this double Technik link holder plates (2x2) or you use the minifig stance and put a 1x4 tile on the studs. Add more of them together and you have a quite good looking roof. There is also a pic of it. (The garden with the swimming pool) 😉
star gate would be an awesome franchise to go with lego sets. since it brings medieval, space, ancient, sci-fi, steam punk, horror monstes themes and whatnot together within the different seasons. There would be some set for everybody :D
very inspriring, as always ! anyone know how to "enter" the mocs community? what is the best way to start creating a small community around mocs? i do Lego, but also PlusPlus and other, is flickr a good start?

An old Outback set I believe...
yup, 6490. loved it as a kid
I'm pretty sure the medical frigate and other ships at about 1:20 is a rebel alliance fleet, not an imperial fleet
