The two monsters you saw at the beginning of the MV are K and EJ. They were in I-land, they didn't make it to Enhypen but they're going to debut under Bighit as part of a japanese group.
The guy who suddenly appears behind Sunoo in the corridor is K too. I believe they included them to spoil a bit of what their own group concept is gonna be like (also I think they wanna let us know that they're not forgetting them, the japanese group will probably debut very soon).
As you can see, they were humans and they turned into monsters so everyone believe they're actually werewolves. The thing is werewolves are the ennemies of vampires, and Enhypen's concept is centered around them being vampires. Does it mean that the two groups' storylines are gonna somehow be connected ? We'll see but this is already such a cool dynamic
I was thinking exactly the same thing, that their storyline (en- and the new japanese bg) would be connected. There will be a lot of vampires and werewolves involved :)

The werewolves were K and EJ, who are members of the JP group that will debut this year (and K was a finalists in I-Land)!!! Werewolves are known to be rivals of Vampires, so these two groups will become rivals.

The lines are well distributed, everyone is focused on the mv equally. Seriously this comeback is historic because it's the first fourth generation group to sell more album copies, they keep breaking records with only 5 months of debut.

Please listen to the other songs on the album! They’re all incredible, seriously exceeded my expectations. The others are Fever, Mixed Up, and Not For Sale (either a lyric video or the performance on mnet)
Also with the two boys coming out of the shadows in the intro, those are actually two participants of the survival show that enhypen was formed from (I-land) - K and EJ. They will be debuting in BigHit/HYBE’s first ever Japan group alongside other trainees from the show. I believe that both of their concepts will somehow link up with each other; enhypen being vampires and the Japan group possibly being werewolves (I’m not entirely sure though).

I really feel like Enhypen's concept is something in between what Big Hit does and kpop. Like they have that aggressive, hard-hitting, flashy, and a little noisy thing that is pretty standard kpop boy band. But there's story and some strong lyricism. So I'm not sure if I'm into yet but it's interesting for sure.

I think the lady is actually "Sunoo" because on the next scene is Sunoo doing the same thing like the lady there. So maybe he representative her.
Also I can think that Sunoo invited all people to the blood party, he seems like the king in this. ( Also in general I think that Sunoo is the main character in the story line )
Sunoo have more ability/power than the others so I think they are hunting him? Not his vampire Friends, I mean K and EJ who are Werewolves.
And we all know from fantasy novels etc.. that Vampires and Werewolves aren't best friends or have conflicts.

The girl is a symbol, Hybe is going to connect them all like werewolves are the japan group and theres witches and warlocks too so maybe we will expect cameos on Hybes mtvs
There where 2 members of ILand, which are going to debut this year as a multi national group from big hit. And they were the werewolfs. Fans seeing them there got so excited and making theories of the group, enhypen being the vampires and the new group which most of them are from the show ILand being the werewolfs. It's amazing

Yep! It seems to me a metaphor to the party life. Particularly when he says he can’t escape the carnival. It’s like that point when the person realizes this life is killing him, but he can’t escape it. In a way a vampire is a creature that can’t age, so he’s stuck in that ageless body forever. If you compare their story to BTS and TXT, which both have a dominant theme of growing up, these are opposite, but at the same time it’s the same. It’s just a different aspect of growing up. I feel it’s like taking the temptations part of Wings and BST and blow it up to a full concept and I’m all for it. They’re doing an amazing job at it. And let’s face it, vampires are hot.
Two things: you need some I-LAND background/information (Google or ask ENGENE) to get insight into why K/EJ (the werewolves) are making their "debut" in this comeback video; also, watch ENHYPEN's press conference for their comeback. They give a lot of information into the CARNIVAL concept. Indirectly, this explained (at least to me) the meaning of the woman at the top, the girl at the bus stop/ringing the doorbell, Sunoo's and Sunghoon's roles, the "blood" and what it means. Other viewers may have their own opinions - comment away!
The boys from the start, the "werewolves," were K and EJ (They're also from I-land which the Enhypen boys were in). They're going to debut by HYBE/Bighit Japan this year. Engenes are thinking that their cameo from this MV is going to be related to their debut concept and it will be correlated with Enhypen's "world," which I really think it's interesting. I really love their comeback song, it's been on repeat since it dropped (I'm streaming it properly).
There was a cameo a few times of l-land participants K and Ej lol (I-land is the show where they all participated together in) they are going to debut in a Japanese group under bighit soon :D it’s nice to see them together again after the show!

My take is that it's a continuation on the vampire theme, hense their "bloody party". This is further solitified by the way Sunoo bites his wrist and drops the blood in the drink (it's not pills sammy, its blood) and also by the way Jungwon suddely appeared out of nowhere and niki teleporting around in that one shot. Sammy commented about how they experiment with the width of the frames in different shots and that's because they use a tighter frame for the shot that has that old school filter to make it seem older. It's supposed to show how, because they are vampires, they live for a really long time and how it used to look like back in the days when they celebrated birthdays. This is just speculation but it feels like the girl on that pedistal in the huge room is some kind of leader for them and she is the one who drops the first blood. Idk i just thought of it.

how i see this video is like this:
the actual ''gen z'' party is the present, and them being near that fountain, the girl in white dress and in the bloody room is the past.
how i see this is that the girl was some kind of vampire ruler for the 7 members and they followed her actions to a T, but ended up killing her, hence so much blood everywhere. i think them throwing a party and inviting that girl is to maybe find their next ''prey'' / victim.
also in the beginning we saw that K and EJ are werewolves, which are mortal enemies with vampires, and they were also eyeing the girl.

Well who cares about K and EJ cameo? Like he does not even know who they are bc he did not watched I-LAND so what is the point of mention them. ENHYPEN are the artists and this is their song, they worked hard for this. I do not understand why people in the comments mention those 2 like this is their group or song and do not promote ENHYPEN who are literaly the protagonists and this is their moment, that is so disrespectul and rude.
