    what an informative video! I will definitely be following it to do my plumbing next week. I have a question though; how do you vent the gray water tank? you should do a video on how you clean the tanks when they need sanitation. This follower will truly appreciate it!!

    I appreciate your video...Did you have any problems with the water from the hand washing sink draining into you grey water tank? The fitting you used is a "Santee" and should only be used vertically in the wall for a sink drain. I'm about to start my version of what you did and I really do appreciate the vids! Thank you

    I think you're supposed to put the glue on the outside of the pipe but on the inside of the fitting 9:00 min in

    Y did u apply the pvc cement on the inside of the pipe? It actually should go on the outside of the male pipe

      Almost got away with that one lol! Complete mistake on my part, was focusing on shooting the video vs. concentrating on the job at hand. Good call out though

    Better check with your state before you start anything. In my state a master plumber has to draw up the plans, send them in for approval ( in triplicate!) and the master plumber has to do all the work. Then the state plumbing inspector has to pass it.

      Great question! I have mounted 2 wire drying racks directly above my 3 compartment sink. I will be posting an updated video soon with all other final touches (including the drying racks)

    The 3 compartment sink is crazy small, do you have any issues fitting commercial cooking pots, pans, dishes, etc into those tiny 12”x12”? Vats?

      For our menu we really don’t need too many large pots/pans as a lot will be done on the flat top. Most of our cleaning will be the food warmer containers and fridge containers. We’ve had a few practice runs and had no issues yet!

    Will that pump work being mounted above the tank? I have that pump and mine has to be mounted on the floor or it doesnt work. Apparently mine has to be at the lowest point of the water in the tank.

      Yes sir this pump will work even when elevated above the fresh water tank. I believe it’ll pump a maximum of 3.3 gallons per minute

    how did you start the gluing process on your floor . franks video was no help. i'm going to tuck my edges up behind the stainless

      For me personally, I found it fairly easy with the walls in place first. I lay the floor down, and cut the front half first and worked slowly towards the rear of the trailer. Great thing about this floor is it’s super flexible and relatively easy to install

    How much did you cut the 6in tailpipe? Every video we’ve watched doesn’t mention how much is needed to cut off of the tailpipe.

      Each will be different depending on the height of your 3 compartment sink. Just be sure that you have a decline from left-to-right to ensure proper flow

    How hot does your water get? The water pump is rated at 3.3 GPM and the heater is 1.6gpm I can’t get the water hotter than 110F.😢

    Did you have to switch the plumbing piping on the hand sink that elbow is flowing in to the 3 compartment sink drain

      Yes I noticed that too your tee is backwards so when you run the hand sink it’s draining back into the 3 compartment sink and there’s no trap under the hand sink so I’m also confused of these things as well? Thank you for the video I really appreciate all the info though.

    Also can you tell us why you cut the tailpipe? For space? How much did you cut? What did you use to cut the tailpipe?

      I used just a oscillating tool, and it needs to be cut to ensure that you have a downward flow for the drainage

      Sounds like you mate have a bad pump? Whenever there’s no water flow, the pump should cut-out automatically and then restart once the water is available again?

      For my HD they are not required. Check with your local DPBR before installing!

      Great question! I have right around 20” of space if I’m not mistaken. It’s fairly tight but with the equipment I’ve chosen it works 👍🏻

      It’ll depend on your county specifically, some will allow you to use one of the compartments as the “hand wash” station also. However to my knowledge this is fairly uncommon!

      Great question - to be honest I’m not sure. I have seen many trucks/trailers in my area that have those countertops. However, personally, I’m not keen on how they look. Even though the stainless steel is more expensive, it certainly gives a more professional and commercial quality to the trailer. But definitely reach out to your local DPBR to confirm!

      Is there any regulation in Florida in regards to water heater plumbing? I cant really find anything. I emailed the inspector but she said they have no info on that. Pex is out of my budget, i was thinking of using 1/2 pvc. Any recommendations?

    How did you attach the flange feet? My sink is similar but has a thread at bottom. Also how did you drill your sink for the wall brackets ? Seems not matter what but I use it’s taking forever

      I attached them using stainless metal strapping kit (works quite well!). Keep at it brother you got this!

    It looks to me like you have plenty of room for a sink with at least one drain board and a hand wash sink…

      Once we installed our fire-suppression to the left of our sink, there is very little space on the other side unfortunately

      Flange feet I have linked in one of the videos (if not I will re-link). For now I am using a large aluminum strap (kinda looks like an exhaust repair strap) that I found at my local auto parts store. Hope this helps!

      Yes - they do the same thing as the shutter-style (grease gets trapped and travels down the bars into the grease pans below). But honestly I’m thinking about changing mine out to the shutter-style later down the line
