One of a few criticisms is Klopp’s inability to get the defensive structure right.
It was woeful when he joined, then we became elite for a few years and now back to woeful.

It was poor, yet it was vastly better than what we've seen when the usual starters have been on the pitch. Low bar, I know.

They care but aren't good enough , should be squad players next season at best tbh , Salah should be gone and Nunez and Gakpo should compete for their places ...Those forward and wing positions are up for grabs , like the midfield and defence
Salah had more fight for Klopp than he had for anyone else since January.
This feels like the last days of Gerrard when the squad bottled that farewell too.

Most ridiculous season in the 54 years I have Supported the club ... everything that could happen, has happened and a lot more besides this season ... never mind Klopp I'm exhausted ... need next season to get over this season ... how much procession, how many shots, how many times have we hit the woodwork this season ... how many injuries, manager resigns, players dad is kidnapped, VAR cheats us out of points at spurs, Stadium problems ... apparently there are no black cats left in the country as the Liverpool team bus has run over all of them ... just crazy

Fizzling out? 😂 Liverpool have been fizzling out for months and fizzled out completely weeks ago.
A fellow Liverpool fan asked me six weeks ago if Arsenal will bottle it again this season and after I'd stopped laughing, I said it's more than likely for us to drop off and I was right. We've undoubtedly outperformed ourselves this season but not won matches convincingly or been putting games to bed when we should have done. Shame how we've ended the season, but now it's all about looking forward to next season with Slot and whatever he brings.

A player that also straddles European/World football with their deeds, and reputation. A genuine question to you, or a request, perhaps if you will; can you give me 10 Club Greats in the last 50 years that've ended their career at the Club on "Bad Terms".
Came to terms after palace game. Some players thankfully won’t be there next year. I agree with Carragher a lot more change in personnel then people think. Some older players need moving on or phasing out onto the bench. Robbo needs to moving on to bench. Salah finally moved on. Even tho he’s been decent Diaz hasn’t been same since the dad incident overall can’t finish. Nunez I like but even I’m saying maybe time to move him on. Give him one more year but if still the same then he’s not obvs not the goal scorer we need.

Agreed Dan. We were done after Palace. Just want the season to end asap now, while doing enough to hang on to 3rd of course. I'd have taken 3rd & a League Cup at the start of the season so it is what it is, but it's a very ignominious end to the season & Klopp era disappointmently.

Salah is frustrated, you can see it when he plays. Just an opinion, has Mo struggled since we moved Trent into that inverted role. Mo looks isolated on the wing

Some are clearly not playing for him now, arguing with players on the touchline isn't good. Personally, i think they should pay Klopp off and get it over with. The defense is a shambles, i hate that zonal defending or whatever you call it, drop a ball in in between the defenders and i seems to end up in the net.

When ever Trent plays we looked loose and vulnerable he hasn’t tried to defend for the last two seasons and he’s not a mid and his passing has mostly been over hit this season

Another really poor performance. What does my head in is the slow pace and endless sideways & backwards passing. We could have a corner and it gets back to Allison in 3 passes! Players don’t do that naturally so it must be the way they are coached. Well, that’s going to change in 3 games time anyway.
We desperately need a top quality CB. Even if it means getting rid of Konate & Gomez to raise funds.
Need someone who can attack the aerial balls. Konate, Quansah, Gomez just leaves VVD with far too much to do every game and he is getting older!

I just feel genuinely sad that a season with so much promise has turned out like this, especially with it being Klopp's last, he doesn't deserve the low level performances the players have been putting in for weeks now.
