Two West African countries produce over 60% of the world's Cocoa. The Ivory Coast and Ghana are both suffering from adverse weather, and this has led to a surge in Cocoa prices. it is because india is third biggest importor of coco, and ghana is the 2nd biggest exporter of coco to india with value over $200million by 2022 data.
and growth rate of chocolate industry was more than 20% in 2022

Cocoa Farming and collection had questioned earlier for using child labor with very low price in different African Countries. Anyway, each fruits have a suitable climatic condition (Temperature, rain, humidity, salinity). If too much distortion, production will fall. Cocoa is a dry land trees can tolerate small rain too much rain is not good condition of production.

Who uses real cocoa? Most international chocolate brands use CBR,CBS,CBA derived from palm kernel oil & shea butter.....
It is unethical, but when were the westerners ethical?
