Buick in general was a better built automobile. Im exceptionally fond of Pontiacs models but they simply copied Chevrolet. Firebird to camaro and gto to chevelle
@@davidcampbell4130Well, truthfully, no pun against the Buick. I just liked the sportiness Pontiac offered. I hated losing Olds and Pontiac. I never really understood the GMC truck thing, either. It's a Chevy without a bowtie. Seems like GM could've streamlined business a little better. ...but hey, they didn't ask me!
Love’s me a F’bird! Awesome color! Even the wheels don’t offend me. Great starter car to go to next level. Yes! Horn works! Love the ride along, stop at the package store bub, I need a beeah, let’s roll…
@@gsmith207 hahaha yeah I got that Wild nickname back in the early 70's I am 71 now living in the Philippines for over 30 years and do drink beer everyday Its my vitamin and need a little stimulant to keep my body moving to keep up with the girls
I owned one of these 400 4 barrel auto it was light and fast but had terrible brakes i wrote it off after a few months too bad gm dropped the firebird a better car than a camaro imo certainly much nicer interior same platform
Hey Nick that's a good looking firebird love the four speed oh on that Red GTO that 70 model did you guys ever figure out why it didn't want to start cuz you had to you know keep fiddling with the key before you get to start did you ever figure that out
Yeah drum brakes when adjusted properly work well without power. You wouldn't want non power disc brakes. I'll bet car was green, I had same interior, lime green interior and used black vinyl paint to color black. That lime green was ugly. Lifters a little loud, unless it's solid Lifters but idle says not likely. Nice car though 😁 I noticed this pontiac has the proper air dams mounted in front of radiator support. Probably was always a V8 car but hood says it was probably a 350 since no scoops.
Ive got a restored 1969 firebird that I rebuild with my grandpa, its engine swapped with a 1971 pontiac grand, truly a beauty
As long as its all Pontiac i would be very interested in it
Oh yeah 4 speed is a winner 🏆 👏 these birds 🐦 had more style than camaros. She's a beautiful survivor.
Yes your right I like the Firebirds a lot more then Camaros the front nose did it
Fact
GM should've canned Buick and kept Pontiac!
Buick makes too much money for GM in china
Yeah its a shame about pontiac. Dont drive gm anymore they lost their way

Do you broker these cars or buy to sell?
Just buy and sell
😎😎😎😎
Ford guy but these first gen camaro/firebirds have grown on me, but man GMs interior is fugly compared to a Mustang
Firebirds & Camaros are masculine. Mustangs are feminine.
👍🔥😎🔥👍
Who put those monkey tires and rims on that gorgeous car?
Walk away from this one!
By the way have you test drove that brown Camaro that was right next to the yellow one with the black stripe yet
