Your morning mobility routine is now my morning stretch routine. I love a day in the life video!
Amazing! Keep it up, your body will thank you 😊
Love this video Dylan!
Thanks Eliza!
Thanks for the video, this will help me balance my schedule. I also appreciate that you show your Chinese roots.
Thank you thank you thank you for the routine Dylan! Definitely implementing these things
Great to hear that Marco! Thanks for watching
Great video! How long do you stretch for each day?
Thank you! I stretch for 30 mins everyday & mobility 10 mins but varies, depend on how I feel
Hey Dylan, I’m a college student possibly looking at making coaching tennis my career. Is it worth it?
Yes 100%
I love my job
Nice video! I dont 100% understand why at 6:00 you want her to step in with her left leg? She is striking the ball and moving her leg forward simultaneously. You are losing balance this way and thus control of the ball.
Thanks, in the week prior we worked on the tip toe from the back leg. Today’s goal is to feel the back hip firing and the back leg coming through for forwards momentum. Yes you don’t want the racket & back leg coming through at the same time. Work in process as this is still new to the lady. Making good progress in 3 sessions.
Ok, thanks for answer and good luck on next lessons.@@Tenniswithdylan
I should probably make stretching/yoga a part of my routine as I’m not getting any younger 😂
Your body will thank you 😊🙏🏽
