I started with League of Orders.. and I have two questions.. Should I change my faction or not.. and second.. What changes would occur in my current stats and army when I change factions (like my Town would change or my army composition would now be of the new faction or will I just get the buffs of the New Faction)

Iam at lvl 10 taking wilderberg as initial faction so should I change the faction now?
I tested and realy dont like elfs for cavs, i changed from humans to orcs, im focusing on cavs and archs
