I bought the 12 steps Journal on Amazon and it has helped me BIG TIME + I have the app (I'm done drinking) this has helped to. I wish you nothing but the best with your AF life...One day at a time.

I am grateful to my higher power from helping me connect with you, Chelsea, I have been praying for guidance and someone I could connect with who could explain the 12 steps and so I can learn online, I am like you and speak in various parts of the UK, and I am struggling getting to regular AA meetings.
