Still to this day, this has to be one of the most beautiful acoustic guitar songs i have ever heard, i constantly find myself coming back to it just to hear it one more time and make sure i never forget it... see you in a few years :P
Man, I come to see this video occasionally and every time I do, I get so blown away by the creativity of this man and his song. Instantly makes me happy. Imagine what it must feel like to write a tune like this? I could never write this..
This song moves me, It is one of my favorite instrumental pieces. I have heard everyone cover it but it really is as if you know what you were feeling when you wrote it and only you can convey that same message. Every time I hear this song I get it...only that there isn't an explainable something to get. Music...best thing ever.
I heard this for the first time about 10 years ago and it's still, I think, the best guitar composition I'm ever heard. So much technique and skill into one song. Simply amazing!
incredible guitarist, probably my favourite song, i met this guy at the Leicester guitar show a couple months back, it's so refreshing to see someone so happy doing what they're doing :)
all ima say is, made me cry , you hit some notes that bring that out of me, made me think of my 3brothers that play Guitar, and 1 of them took his life. Great Song Loved it very much.
Wow. Thomas, I bought a copy of 'Guitar Techniques' in the UK about 15 (ish) years ago. This song was on it, and it was a recommendation by the late Eric Roche. My brother and I spent years on and off trying to learn it, so to finally see your technique - it's amazing (and equally beautiful). But....15 years later, I still can't master it :(
i had heard that song at least 50 times, and i have to say, i could listen another 50 times. the song only gets better! schen gruaß noch moi von österreich
Well, look at that, I was the 4,000th like. Beautiful piece. I have recently started playing around with harmonics and, this has inspired me to keep at it even more, so that I can try and make such lovely sounds.
Just wanted to say hello from the Yukon. Sitting here in my teaching spot/office it's just after midnight and the sun is setting and the last of the light is dipping down behind the mountains. Listening to this lovely song. I first discovered you through Eric Roche and Guitar Techniques magazine. This piece is so pretty. Thank you for doing what you do. Cheers from the land of the midnight sun... ~Roxx~
i had started to learn this song about a year ago and wasn't able to finish because of other obligations. I am definitely going to start it up again now!

Man, you absolutely astound me with every second of your playing! It is just Mesmerizing beyond, what I'm capable of, describing. The 2-3 demo you did for the Tonewood Amp is something I listened to for hours and hours (I still listen to it). Everything you play is masterful and I thank you deeply for all you create. Keep it up!
I love this tune! It really takes me back. The first time I heard it was when Eric Roche tabbed it in Guitar Techniques magazine. I spent months trying to get this down!
