Mentioned earlier that I am a huge Va Tech fan, but nice to see my hometown school on here. I'm in Norfolk, and ODU is a particular point of pride. Especially with us already producing one NFL talent at quarterback. They aren't going to replace my personal experience at Lane Stadium, but they're a team I love.
What I used to do is going to the rosters for whatever team I’m going to be max out the quarterback that’s a junior or senior, focus on the recruiting and then once I got everybody for the season simulate the next off-season. Very good chance you have a very good record at the end of the year, very good chance, your quarterback wins the Heisman, your star will increase, and you’re well on your way in year two to upgrade your talent to compete while simultaneously only having a quarterback for a year or two maybe.
Personally im doing Nevada first one from being the town right next to them my whole life and 2 you get to recruit Cali which is huge you get down to vegas. I like Mackay Stadium i think their uniforms are underrated
@BryceTinson yeah I really think people are missing on how good they can be for a rebuild I've seen now 2 people add them as a top choice and everybody else hasn't even mentioned them
South Carolina would be a super fun one. I like the players they have on the team right now, it’s a fun location, and you have a bunch of great games one the schedule every year.
Subbed!!! I really like how you broke this down into great detail. ECU is my choice in a money lg I want to win but man how much better it’ll feel to do it with them and take the pot 😮💨 Fresno St is my other option if I want to compete immediately because USF, Tulane, Liberty, and Boise are all taken in my 32 man dynasty. Would you say Fresno’s potential is through the roof? Value Pipeline, Stadium capacity is north of 40k, they produce nfl talent (recruiting dealbreaker) and the entire valley is there’s. Curious to see what your opinion is on the bulldogs.
That sounds like a lot of fun. Yeah ECU is a fun program, but that team is going to stink in year 1. Fresno is definitely up there in potential of G5 programs. You hit the nail on the head with all your reasoning. Might be a better pick so you win money right away.
@@BryceTinsonall due respect brother, but that ECU 2-10 record was a complete illusion last year. Their offense was abysmal but the defense was more than solid. The offensive coordinator retired and they brought in Baker from Ole Miss, and massive transfers including two former 4 star qbs. Phil Steele has ECU as #1 most improved team this year (prediction of course). I wouldn't write them off so quickly if you're looking to have some success while rebuilding. Just my 2¢
I’m doing North Texas and my friend is doing ECU for our online dynasty so I thought it was pretty cool to see those were your first two teams on here!
I’d like to keep it as true to real life as possible. The devs gave us pretty cool details with future scheduling so I want to use it. The good news is a lot of the teams have open spots on the schedule after 24&25. For the rivals, the important thing was how many/are they good programs. I like to use the schedule the game gives me. I think it adds a little extra mystery to it, but if I have to make changes I will. It was just pretty disappointing to see rivals not scheduled already
Great video. Of the teams in your list, I'm really interested in Western Kentucky and Houston for a potential first dynasty. I wanna do a Vandy rebuild at some point, but I want something a little easier for a first go. I'm honestly leaning towards Coastal Carolina most of all though, because I just absolutely love the teal.
just pre ordered the deluxe version (with my own money too making it that more special for me) and honestly I'm done speculating and worrying about what we can and can't do in the game I'm just itching to jump in (do a easier dynasty to learn the game first) and bring all of my ideas to life. personally I'd love to see a Vanderbilt or Arkansas state but I'll be tuning in no matter who you pick
@@BryceTinson I have jumped decisions multiple times. First Sam Houston then Kennesaw then Tulsa then Tulane now im at JMU/CCU/App State too many options
That’s awesome! I’ve thought about doing something like that, but I think that might be a little much for me. I’m already going to be in 2-3 online dynasties so I might use them there instead.
I don’t have an answer for you. I haven’t figured it out myself yet. I think I will just start as low as possible as a coordinator and let RNG guide me along the way as jobs are offered.
You should consider Texas State also. Stadium holds 30k or more and is fairly new with a bad all time record. Not to mention it’s located in Texas with the name Texas State.
Great list and even reminded me of a couple schools I completely forgot about like Southern Miss. In fact I would place a vote for you to do that school first lol.
The team that would check all your boxes is LSU. It has probably the best rivalry with Alabama. I believe but I could be wrong but I think they have the only stadium that holds 100k people so there is your stadium atmosphere. It doesn’t get much tougher than the SEC so there is your hard conference. The only thing you might not like is they don’t have very many uniform options but the ones they have are very good. So I believe LSU would be the best pick as it checks all your boxes.
I appreciate the suggestion! When I do my dynasties, though, I like to build programs up. LSU is just flat out too good for me to consider them. They would be a fun job to try and work towards though.
@@BryceTinson well LSU isn’t really good at the moment. They lost their QB and their best 2 WRs to the draft so they really don’t have anyone who just stands out and blows your socks off. It’s your decision though, but I think LSU would be an amazing team to start with.

I'm going to Frank Beamer the hell out of our Hokies. I'm going for 15 National Championships and 20 Heismans. =D
You could put your top 10 teams on a spin wheel and let it decide for you. I think that'll be a fun idea

that sounds boring as hell
ECU or Costal ??????
Personally im doing Nevada first one from being the town right next to them my whole life and 2 you get to recruit Cali which is huge you get down to vegas. I like Mackay Stadium i think their uniforms are underrated
Nevada was one of the ones in my top 25, but I just didn’t love them as much as the others. Definitely a good pick tho
@BryceTinson yeah I really think people are missing on how good they can be for a rebuild I've seen now 2 people add them as a top choice and everybody else hasn't even mentioned them
Illinois i think would be fun to build. 🎉
I went for UNLV in the Mountain West. I'm a UW fan however so they are absolutely gonna be next
I’m starting with UL Monroe😊
Can’t wait. I’m thinking about going with South Carolina.
South Carolina would be a super fun one. I like the players they have on the team right now, it’s a fun location, and you have a bunch of great games one the schedule every year.
@kingk5625 that's one of my 6 plus Clemson

I would pick Colorado State of this group.

Great video, confused to as why non con/rivals not scheduled is a knock/pro when there are custom schedules?

That teal field is a huge selling point. I think that one would be pretty fun
I’m running with either Louisiana Tech or university of Louisiana Lafayette
Arkansas State alum here. Memphis isn’t our only rival. We have a long history with ULM as well.

I think you going with Colorado St. I’m going to be an OC at JMU then work my way up to a head coach at big conference school.
You should play with southern Miss
Lots of streamers have said Navy, so I may go Army... Being an army vet could be cool
Im hosting an online dynasty and I still don't know what team I'm gonna start with
Yeah it’s getting down to the wire. It’s so hard to decide with this many options.
@@BryceTinson I have jumped decisions multiple times. First Sam Houston then Kennesaw then Tulsa then Tulane now im at JMU/CCU/App State too many options
Can't wait, can't sleep... Plz ea release the game 🎉🎉
UAB
I’m going to likely be starting with Colorado State. Want to knock off the hype around Colorado.
I think you are going to go with ECU or Old Dominion, their unis are too clean to pass up
Unlv. Allegiant stadium will look amazing packed out
I miss the espn scoreboard
Southern Miss Golden Eagles SMTTT
#SMTTT 💛🦅🖤
Play with all of them at the same time. I am playing with 6 teams
🎉 glad I'm not the only one I go with 7 at a time

This is always a fun route. I did this a couple of times on 14. I think you’ll enjoy it
I think I'm gonna start as OC of Kennesaw State and then work my way to HC and hope ECU comes available
I think you go with Colorado St
You should consider Texas State also. Stadium holds 30k or more and is fairly new with a bad all time record. Not to mention it’s located in Texas with the name Texas State.
I’m not a huge fan of their uniforms which is why they didn’t make the top 10. It also didn’t help them that I had a dynasty on NCAA14 with them.
Colorado state needs more love
Never heard someone call Conference-USA "kyoosa" 😆
I listen to the Cover3 podcast too much hahaha. Picked it up from them
I think you will go CSU, and try to get in the Big 12.
Is it Tuesday yet?
Early access is Monday at 4, so you don’t even have to wait till Tuesday!
@@BryceTinsonhow can you play on Monday I thought early access was Tuesday
Iowa Hawkeyes all the way
ECU easily
I am definitely going to use North Texas
CSU
Baylor!
DO NEW MEXICO
