Peter will always be the best host. He just has to ACCEPT the symbiote and when he does he would be one of Marvel's most powerful characters
BUT currently though I give it to Flash in terms of the best host. He did the MOST with the suit, from manipulating technology to stretching the suit creating a protege and his relationship with the symbiote was the closest to HEALTHY of them all. Truly took Venom from a Monster to a HERO and it also revitalized the lore
ı agree with you the most shows generally shows most times peter dont know its alive or misunderstood since venom bonded with him in a very wrong tame where he is in identity crisis and a lot of stressfull sitiations and never realy got the chance to talk venom like eddie or flash if he got the chance he probably never rejected and empatihased with venom like most other people and alien he understand with.
example spectacular spider man where aunt may get heart attack he lost his friend (in this case eddie) and just cant handle a word from jjj.
comic version where in this video showed venom not realy showed peter that he is alive so peter thought its a costume and only learned from reed that its alive and reed imadiatly told him to take off you. so peter try what reed says at fırst looks like peter is evil but when you put yourself in peters position you understand.
imagine you find out past 4 week the new suit you weared is actually alive and sentient alien you dont even know or understand enough ofwhat other life forms looks or eats then you just find out the suit you wearing is a literal alien and one most greatest hero and smartest person ask you to take it off probably even most of the superhero lovers do the same thing as peter did.
but imagine venom bonded with peter when he in love with chad (if you know this story you understand) in this version venom would literaly peters best friend since peter is not in identity crisis and have exteremly stable both way ralionship with chad, no stress and if venom more open to peter he literally accept symbiote with open arms

You guys simply don't get why EDDIE is and will always be the one and true Venom. You know why? Because they're one and the same, while their relantionship in the beginning wasn't the healthiest as the symbiote fed off of Eddie's hatred which in turn made the symbiote even more violent, that was in the past. The symbiote's time with Flash and Eddie's time as Anti-Venom and Toxin made them rethink their past actions and most importantly, it changed them. Which all of this development was put to the test when they finally reunited after spending years separated and i will quote the symbiote to shove it in you guys' thick skulls: "Over the years i bonded with so many souls, but now i'm back with the soul that understands me best. Eddie Brock. Together we are one. Together we are VENOM".
@@guatavocruzmarques4125 Ah yes Eddie the guy who grew to hate symbiotes so much he started MURDERING them and their hosts and tried to KILL Venom SEVERAL times both as Anti Venom and Toxin💀. The only reason they got back together was for BRAND SYNERGY as the movie was coming out...NOTHING MORE, idk where you got rhat fairy tail ending from that ignored all the real world context🤣. Till this day that comic where they reuinted made NO SENSE cause Eddie was hired by the army to kill symbiotes and it even shat on the growth Spidey amd Venom went through just to force the characters back into status quo💀. Hell it doesnt even make sense why Venom hates Spidey over Eddie at that point cause Eddie did WORSE to Venom😭🤦♂️
And then theres a reason the symbiote ALWAYS chooses Peter in the end and even Eddie admitted that Flash and Peter were better hosts. Take your fanboying elsewhere💀. Out here still living in the 90s😭🤦♂️. Unless you have an actual arguement to make keep it pushing cause nothing you said undermines what I said and all you basically said was Eddie and Venom are both in their feelings and only worked well for a while cause this trauma bonded😭
@@no.1spidey-fan182The movie had NOTHING to do with their reunion in the comics, like at all. The movie came out in October 2018, while the symbiote and Eddie reunited in the 2016 Venom series, 2 years before the movie. Again, you guys don't get how Eddie or the symbiote work. You don't get how VENOM works. You're just salty cuz you're a huge spidey fanboy and thinks that he's the perfect Venom host when he really isn't. Is he better than Eddie as a person? Absolutely, but that's NOT a reason for him to be a better Venom than Eddie is. Did you not see the last part of my comment? I used the EXACT SAME words the symbiote used to tell why he LOVES Eddie more than any other host he had in his entire existence.
@@no.1spidey-fan182They're perfect for each other. The reason? Very simple. Because they are imperfect, flawed and broken beings. The symbiote's second host was a completely crazy maniac who made the symbiote violent and addicted to rage, but still maintained a sense of heroism (albeit a twisted one) and a desire to form a true bond with it's hosts instead of using them as meat puppets, while Eddie grew up in a tough childhood. Eddie had a father that barely had any feelings for him, due to his mother dying while giving birth to him and this only worsened when Eddie had gone out with his "friends", got drunk and accidentally killed a kid while driving. Then his father had to bail Eddie out of this one which made him lose all his fortune, something that made him hate Eddie even more and not only verbaly, but now phisically hit Eddie. Coupled with the fact that his father made him plead for innocence left a HUGE scar on Eddie's mind, which is why he always victmized himself, specially after he and the symbiote separated as a coping mechanism. It was only in the 2015/2016 Carnage series, that he finally admitted that it wasn't ONLY the symbiote's fault and i'm to use the exact words he said (again):"God knows i'm no saint. I've hurt people, KILLED people. I swear to you, i'm trying to be a better man. Not a day goes by, that i don't regret what i've done. Every day i ask god for forgiveness. Every day he doesn't answer." Although what you don't seen to get is that the symbiote isn't a saint either. It also did plenty of bad things on its own accord. It manipulated Eddie, making him believe that he had cancer to make him stay bonded to it, made Eddie eat someone else's brain, tried to take control of Flash multiple times (though it was before it was cleansed of its corruption, but still), made Annie Weying do bad things as She-Venom. I think by now you get it. Their relantionship was VERY toxic and their time apart was necessary in order for them to grow up into better persons than what they were, just like it happens with many other relationships. Eddie is an alike soul for better or worse. Eddie is an abuser. Eddie is a victim. Eddie is a friend. Eddie is a HUSBAND. That's why both of them ARE and will FOREVER remain being VENOM.

Flash Thompson & The Reform Edward Brock. I'm glad Flash wasn't permanently killed off & Eddie should take responsibility for his own failures as a reporter. Spider Man only proved his innocence of a story Brock falsely accuse him of.

I really find it hard to believe that there was a stronger host than Peter, going by what we know of the cannon story, Peter is a human stronger than a super soldier, that and all his abilities enhanced, nah I dont believe it.

Dylan had potential...but that new run COMPLETELY BUTCHERED him as far as Im concerned. He's aged up out of thin air, doesn't have much characterization at all and him being a child wearing a Giant venom suit...is just GOOFY looking😭. Also the chains don't fit into Venom's design at all
As much as i REALLY don't like you, i'll have to agree with you a LITTLE bit. Dylan's part of the book, while i don't think it was a complete thrash, it was really boring with him being an angry emo teenager. I mean i know that he's a teenager that IS in that stage of his life, but still, they could've characterized him A LOT better. And that's without talking about the symbiote that in the beginning of the run was once again written as a devil on the shoulder, which i mean, it's not a bad characterization, but it has been done so many times that it gets tiring to see it.

That was a really dumb retcon tbh. So much potential to explain why Venom was crazy and they just chucked DP in as a plot device
