- As expected - we faced hurdles and had a very big learning curve coming into our first rounds. I am super proud of my team and coming out feeling 10x more confident heading to Seattle!

Some people actin like there arent 15 other drivers each day that also got knocked out first round. It happens, if this goes any way like last year, our boy is golden.
adam wouldve gotten hate regardless. if adam were to go all the way and win people wouldve just said "rigged" lol
Adam needs more seat time in a car similar to his S15. He spends most of his time drifting 5 other cars. He needs to build a similar car to his s15 to get even more seat time in, and also can't spend all his time drifting 350z with his chick and Shulman.

People also act like LZ has been drifting as long as everyone else in Pro 1. Adam has only been drifting for ~4 years. Most people in Pro1 have been drifting for 15 years +.
People also act like there’s not other guys in Pro 1 that almost never make it past top 32 or even qualify even though they have been in pro 1 for several years. Not to say they aren’t great drivers but these are some of the top of drivers in this sport you can’t expect him to do anything crazy in the first time out

Mike needs a light when he's using that new camera in low light situations though. I'm not impressed with it. Almost everything he shoots with it is really dark. I couldn't see anything in the engine bay when Freddie was talking or in car scenes when he's riding with Adam. The scenes Adam makes with the normal vlog cam look better? in my opinion. He's doing a awesome job overall though

He has the skills to run with the big boys now after years of practise. He has a car that can perform at this level. He has a team filled with friends that want him to succeed. He has a successful business to pay for it all. He has been preparing for years and the opportunity of the short season is a lucky break for him.

First off Freddy is cold. I hope he stays a permanent member of the team. Second, I could definitely tell you got lost in the smoke. But your lead run the second day was definitely dope. He probably did that on purpose to throw you off lol. Oh well, next event will be better for sure! I can tell you learned a lot, everyone did. Big proud of you. Being able to even run the way you have with those guys at this level is an accomplishment in it self, for sure.
Yeah at this game Aasbo is really good. Changing rythms, lines, off throttling, etc...
But at this level it's expected... You play by the rules and take the easiest path to the win.
Its Gonna remind adam to follow the car not the line. Mistakes like that he will learn from fast. Adam got a good wake up call and im sure he will be motivated as ever next round.

In the first run, Adam Chasing, Aasbo was pacing. Adam I'm sure anticipated Aasbo to try and leave him but it was the complete opposite. The in car footage proved it to me cause I was wondering that all day.

Started watching this channel just before he brought the 240. Skip a few years and I'm now watching him in a fully built pro1 car battling against Chris forsberg. A lot of people think he's out of his depth but you've got to give him props for going all in. Even if he doesn't place well in the series it's a hell of a lot of experience he's gaining from it.

I think that you had a good debute in your first FD Pro1 2 competions Adam.
Your potential really showed in your leadrun vs Aasbo. Take that with you and work on minimize your own misstakes. I think personally that Aasbo made it on purpose to take a more shallow line to smoke you out. Maybe gather as much as possible information about the driver you battle with. But when you do your chase run. Then it is just that you chase and follow his lead and stay out of the leadings misstakes. And then as you says it's a perfect season to get into the FD Pro1.
To the most supporters but not all of them of Adam LZ. In the chatt of Formular Drift. Please show your best side and be humble and support Adam and the crew the best you can. It was a lot of bad rep from many supporters sadly. Show them instead what a big following from a YT channel like Adam's can be doing in the most positive way. That can be very important for Adam to see an awesome behavior and support. Which can make a huge impact on the FD scene. So show your love and support the next time in the chatt. And blow it up with positivity. Would be amazing to see I think for many of us followers as well!

It dropped about 15k and remained that way for the rest of the 6 hours after he lost each day. I wouldn’t be surprised if FD themselves asked him to come up to pro 1 this year because they saw he brings in way more traffic. I could definitely see them doing that🤷♂️

Years of competition experience to contend with. Forsberg and a lot of the pro 1 dudes have been competing in this series for 15 to 16 years now. Aasbo has tons of experience plus papadakis leading his program. You're KILLING it for as green as you are professionally. Chin up 🤙

yup, definitely did adam dirty but that's the game. Adam will learn, he's not dumb. if he was prepared for that on his follow and hung in there through that first corner he could have punished him easily and sent the winner out in the first round. his lead run was better than aasbos in 2 zones at least, and aasbos follow was slow and barely in zone in the first and last zones trying to keep up. I'm actually hyped, adam really only made one big rookie mistake in competition that wasn't mechanical. You could clearly see progression in the right direction over the weekend especially when considering his few practice runs. If he can learn to really watch the lead when following and learn what what to look for and read the driver in front of him at a high level, he could really become a threat to these older guys like aasbo who like to play games for wins and punish them. He was lookin like a young james deane out there on that last lead

and went real shallow on the outside zone, adam would have anticipated a wide line but where the lead run was set put him right in the smoke, scummy run if you ask me
