I read this in a numerology book and it explained it differently. It said that your personal year starts on your birthday and ends in the next year’s birthday. 2022-2023 For example: my birthday is on September 3rd so I add all The numbers 9+ 8 and then add 2022 because the year number starts on September 3 2022 but ends on my next birthday which is on September 3 2023. And then if you what to find out the next cycle of your birthday year it will be 2023-2024, so you will add your birthday date plus 2023.
