I can’t believe Americans have to have all those books lmao. Here in australia no one uses binders cuz we aren’t bothered to carry them. We have our notebook for each class, our pencil case and boom all our textbooks are online and then if you need paper you just ask the teacher lol
It’s not just Americans I live in Saudi Arabia and we have lots of books they get less the older you get tho but like after what? After breaking my back!!! I am in an international private school so I can’t speak for the majority.
In Serbia you have 10-15/16 glasses so you need for all books and notebooks

@@douce_amere we have 13 books that is without the notebook and folders and other stuff but we don’t have to bring them all everyday it depends on which subject you are having but some are HEAVYYY (btw we have 8 periods with only 15min break☹️everyday)
early! this helps so much, i’m going into 8th grade but this is still helpful!
i recommend keeping like a hygiene kit in your backpack!! a little back with like perfume, mints, deodorant, a mini hairbrush, etc. was a lifesaver for me all through middle school :)

heyy hope! so there’s cross country try outs coming up in school, and I need some tips on doing your best for them! I’ve been training all summer but last year there were so many girls that ran faster than me! do you have some tips to make try outs?
so i don't really have tryouts for xc or track, but training over the summer is really the biggest thing you can do. as you get closer definitely add in some speed workouts and make sure to do strides. if they're really close the most you can do is prioritize sleep, drinking TONS of water, and eating extra healthy in the days leading up to tryouts. good luck!!
