So, I thought of bringing an upgraded version of Matar paneer recipe for you all … This recipe is unique in its own way coz of the simple Ingredients used in this yet when put on a table this looks like a Gravy made with some secret masala … Sharing the Secrets of this perfect recipe below :
Ingredients:
Masala:
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Green cardamom-3-4
Cloves-3-4
Black Cardamom-1
Mace-1-2
Black pepper-1 tsp
Whole Coriander seeds-4 tsp
Kasuri methi-3 tsp
Kashmiri whole red chilly-3-4
Marination:
Paneer-250gms
Salt to taste
Haldi-1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder-1/2 tsp
Oil-1-2 tbspn
Gravy:
Oil-3-4 tbspn
Bayleaf-1-2
Cinnamon-1
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Onion-2
Tomato-3
Ginger garlic pste-1 heaped tsp
Frozen peas-approx 1 Cup
Salt to taste
Red chilly powder-1 tsp
Coriander powder-1 tsp
Haldi -1/2 tsp
Chopped Cilantro
