@@JohnFreedman0It's on the bogus legislation. The fact is that the language is vague enough that any doctor is fearful of legal repercussions. No late term abortions were being performed for anything other than medical reasons. If a fetus is viable, birth is induced in the later stages. If non viable, it's often less traumatic to terminate and induce early instead of forcing the mother to carry to term. There has already been enough examples of why these laws are detrimental, that they should be reworked at least

@@jamesestelle7260Actually you're wrong and disgusting. There is a ban in GA after 6 weeks of gestation. This woman had a unique situation. She took an abortion pill but it didn't work properly. Some of the dead tissue didn't come out of her uterus. She then needed a D&C to remove the tissue, but because she would have been past the 6 week mark docs were afraid to do the procedure. That's insane! But that's what they were talking about in the clip. The exceptions! Had the government not stuck it's nose into this private matter and attached fines and imprisonment to doctors they would have been compelled to help. They felt they couldn't and it killed her. It's that simple. The law killed this woman. Saying she killed herself is sick and disgusting.

Kammie and the democrats, including most of the media, don't seem to care about the more than 300,000 children who have been "lost" by the Department of Homeland Security because they never talk about it.
Trump wants to end lawless sanctuary cities and states because he believes they should follow the law and cooperate with ICE. Democrats support cities and states refusing to abide by federal laws even as they falsely claim no one is above the law.
Trump cares about the small town of Springfield, Ohio which had a population of around 58,000 before it was overwhelmed by migrants because Joe and Kamala have let over 15,000 Haitians invade their town. Trump cares about Aurora, Colorado where armed Venezuelan gang members are terrorizing the people. I don't believe Kammie, or most of the media said a word about these dangerous situations until stories about animals came out because they didn't care.
But when Florida's governor, Ron DeSantis, sent a mere 50 illegal aliens to the very wealthy sanctuary city of Martha's Vineyard, Kammie, the media and other democrats had a collective cow.
There was endless reporting about how terrible this was and how hard it was on the people. The community wasn't prepared for such an influx. There were no stories about how they were just there to get jobs and how valuable they were. But the town bragged about how well they took care of those illegal aliens for one day before they got rid of them.

This is what I don't get with some Christian is. In the Bible God gave u choice to serve him r not. God never forced anyone to serve him. The lady is right if it is ur Christian belief is against abortion then don't get one but don't force ur belief on others. This little boy lost his mom. He will grow up without one of the most important influential ppl n his life. Why isn't that being considered. How this affects the pll around the woman especially if she has other children.

It is not a "heartbeat". The tissue that will become the heart has a pulse that can be measured from week 4 - week 6 on. And there is no reason why having a heart should be of such consequence (even IF it was already a fully developed heart). Why not the liver, or the kidneys ? Moreover that time limit does not make sense because it depends on when the doctor can notice something and that pulse can be detected from week 4 - week 6 maybe even a bit later.
So a completely ambigious unclear rule.
As for the ethical implications, why would having a heart (fully developed or not) assign personhood ? The (fully developed) brain and nervous system differentiates humans from animals. A lot of beings have a (fully developed) heart, does not mean they are humans.
The reason why it was chose: it is so early that it is a de facto ban on abortions. And it is easily measureable. Plus a lot of people have emotionally charged ideas about "heart". It stands for feelings, and love in our culture.
