    Not a very clean or well maintained machine, lots of them are like this now, rusty and looking shabby in comparison to what they used to be, it'll be the lazy millennials that are now running them...

      This machine was pretty much looking at being scrapped towards the end of the 2000's. It was bought by Jordan and Taylor Cowie who did a vast amount of mechanical work and saved it from being cut up. Unfortunately they didn't get to do much cosmetic work, since Chris has bought it he's improved the cosmetics massively and continued to improve the mechanics. Yes, the machine looks rough round the edges but this is a ride that's a work in progress rather than suffering from neglect.
      I do unfortunately have to agree that there are quite a few out there that are being allowed to deteriorate. A massive shame.
