I literally don't understand Indian Judiciary at times... Like despite having enough evidences bails are still granted only extending time.. ehy not sentence them then and there ! Appeal to HC then SC and revision so and so goes on and on so much so that the accused becomes focus instead of the victim.. most of the criminals today are out on bail ... Damnn
Considering the youths to be thief, they strip nd beat them and circulate the video. Still given bail !! Like what more evidence does the court need to sentence them ?
Without collaboration of nta officials ,series of question leak may not occur.earlier mci head was held in bribery case.
