In Question no.2 percentage is clearly given in the table. So by eliminating students who got less then 60% we get the answer 2

Brother in question no 4 if we multiply by 100 than the value comes in 4 digit decimal say 82.14 and if multiply with 100 the value is 8214.67! can you please clarify this

There is no mains for NSSB.
But after clearing prelims one have to give CPT which is qualifying in nature.
