- Fortnite Creative 2.0 has been out for over a year now and if you can dig past the countless Red vs Blue, Box Fight, and 1v1 Fortnite Maps, you can actually find some wild stuff! So here's 30 of the wildest, weirdest, and most unique stuff I could find.

Just the other day I found a series of maps that is pretty much a one-to-one recreation of the first Metal Gear Solid.

4:14 this map truly changed my life the second i saw it in my reccomended list, it is perfect in every way and helmet me get adjusted to fortnite after not playing for 4 years and helped me in every way, 10/10 whould reccomend everyone to play Spinning Chip.

I don't think there's enough freedom in creative as in roblox, many amazing games on roblox yet no creative game is as well known as something like blox fruits

I've just been waiting for someone to try and make a good soulslike in creative, with custom melee weapons, armor and more. Doubt it will ever happen and i have no clue if it can even be pulled off.
Currently no, you can't really do custom weapons. You do things like changing guns ammo amount and firing speed. You can also set up triggers with custom VFX and button mapping to create things like spells. But proper custom weapons isn't possible yet.

That clown face was deeply disconcerting, and that whispering mother felt like she was putting you to sleep permanently by drowning you in the tub. I had to watch the chip several times to cleanse those particular memories.
That ASMR one is what made me the most uncomfortable. Even my wife left the room after having to hear me play it back several times while editing.

If you only knew how many times that camera setup broke in the process of creating it. Every Fortnite update is a gamble on whether or not it'll break your whole map 😅. I'm glad you liked it though!
Hey! Im a massive fan of the map Valhalla: Bossfight and i have some info you may be interested in!
The map itself may be lacking in content, but thats because its a proof of concept style map. You see, its like a tutorial for another map the dev has made called "Valhalla 1.5" which is far more fleshed out with multiple unique worlds based on the different realms of midguard, vanaheim and helheim among others. Its like a huge quest that you can easily sink hours into. However, the final boss is very lackluster. Its just a giant stone statue with rather easy and predictable attacks. This is where the Valhalla: bossfight map comes in! The two maps will eventually be merged together to give Valhalla 2.0 a far more fleshed out final boss! However. Ive spoken with the dev over in his discord and he told me that theres currently an issue in UEFN thats preventing the merge of the two maps. And until that issue is fixed on Epic's side, the two maps will remain separate.
After the issue has been fixed, its unknown what will happen to the Valhalla: Bossfight map after the two maps merge. I suspect it will remain online due to its popularity, but its still unclear. I imagine that once the two maps merge, the devs will advertise a lot on the bossfight map in order to funnel players over to Valhalla 2.0
Now you got me thinking I should do an interview video with the devs 🤔

the first creative map was nerfed, the difficulty level was destroyed and now its too easy
EDIT: to make it worst, you run out of bullets in the middle of a boss fight

That's so funny you mention that, because I did actually play it for this video, but the first time I jumped in, it was bugged and we couldn't leave the first room. The second time, I got lost and couldn't figure out how to progress. Didn't think that would make for interesting content lol.
Only thing i hate is when you leave the server all your progress is lost which I just hate
That's changed now for a lot of maps actually, since they added a save feature several updates back.

@@SeeDaveRun i guess youtube doesn't like a string of numbers on a comment, but i do have the jrpg one. the sonic isn't yet released, it's clunky, but well executed and the fall guys one, idk where it got tbh, i wasn't following the project closely
OK that song from the don't press the button map is stand up and shout by Dio it's what the gutair is from and the lyrics the guy just changes
I'm aware, I love Dio, but it's the fact that he changed the lyrics to fit that goofy map that makes it funny

Yeah once you find out there's whole boss fights locked behind the grind, it can really get you hooked

There is a Mao called truck parsuut which was the most fun I've had playing this season ( because all the weapons are spamy )

@@Ag3nt-MC Ahhh, good point! In all honesty, I just forgot to add it. But will make sure to have it for the next video. Definitely makes it easier to just grab the codes at the end. If you wanna know a few of my top favs though, I would confidently say - Hyper Freeze Tag, Fort Who, Don't Press the Button, Box Minigames, and Mega World: Bossfight.
I'd say this is pretty good for one last video before you get 5 years jailtime and leave us

It is really sad to see how terribly Fortnite runs on the Switch now. I know it's been out for a while, but the swap over to the new Unreal Engine really did make it nearly unplayable on Switch.
Definitely need more maps with innovation and creativity to pop off.

Me currently, I'm posting regular FFA maps inspired by old school arena shooters and even made trailers on my channel and social media for it
First and foremost, make art for yourself my friend. Enjoy the process and push your creative boundaries. Then throw it out into the void and if you're lucky, someone will see it on the way down. And if you're REALLY lucky, it'll inspire someone to make something of their own.

Such a shame creative 2.0 turned out to be just being used for slightly better slop maps
There's good stuff out there, but it's always a balance of many things you have to consider before committing the time to actually making a map. As I told another commenter, very much considering doing a whole breakdown video on the subject in the future.
Don’t disrespect the effort people put into maps, even if they’re more polished red versus blue
There's disrespecting and then there's just taking sarcastic jabs. My content is mostly here for the humor, not actually here to trash anyone. With that being said, I think it's clear that I'm not the only one sick of seeing countless Red vs Blue maps in our recommended tab, even if we do find enjoyment in playing them from time to time. The concept has been done to death and there's only so much more you can do to add anything else of value, no matter how much you tell yourself that YOUR version of the map is gonna be the BEST.

Creative 2.0 needs to come to console
Not sure that would work given what goes into UEFN and the requirements you'd need for it. I could see some of the tools coming over though in a condensed fashion, which I have been seeing slowly with the new devices they've been adding.

Just checked it out. Seems like you're having fun playing around with the weapon control settings. You could make pretty chaotic game having exclusively weird spamming weapons like the Dub and the Ripsaw. Keep workin on it!
