He is using VERGEZ BLANCHARD #10 irons with a spacing of 2.7mm (9.4 SPI)

I found it. Search for NT Dresser RM-320P Rounded Leather Sander Tool. It can be flat as well. At least now I know how it looks. And it is not really cheap.
I use the usual rougher.
