I highly recommend using the Invader archetype for the ability to get guaranteed perfect dodges for 60 seconds so she can't grab you for 60 seconds in the second part of the fight.
I am so glad I watched your guide before attempting this. For some reason I had it in my head that I would need to break her heart in phase two. I figured the heart status would reset in between phases. Thanks to you, I got it on the first try. I will say, having the fitness trait paid dividends here against the grab.
Thanks for the video. I have actually a very good tip that worked for me. I'm playing a melee build with Challenger+Medic combo. In the second phase, I went straight for meeleing her. He is almost all the time on the ground and you can simply can smashing and walking a bit around. She has not only trouble to hit you, but also never teleported or tried to grab me. Was very easy.
Been fighting her on nightmare for a few days now, gave up on going with other people because of the heartbreak. Now im soloing as a medic, going to put what i learned here to use and see if I can finally succeed, thank you. Will report back as soon as i beat her o7

I already had nightshade but in another run I inadvertently popped her heart by firing all 7 electrodes into her chest with enigma. In another run I got her heart on the second phase but it was unintentional. I’ve never had it happen since trying to get it on the second phase. As you said, you’re better off giving up and trying again from the start.
i just use the 7 shot sniper to hit her. usually gets the heart in 1-2 mag depending on whether i am running a damage setup. i've died so many times to this boss that i've learned all the stupid 2nd phase move and can dodge all of them so the sniper gets me more damage in a short amount of time, i find that you can get off the entire mag in the second phase so you can reload when she goes into hiding.
I went a high skill recovery invader/engineer class. Pop invader skill and drop the turret in 2nd phase. You can stand there and melt her with the turret while invader perfect dodges everything. There's also a ring that does overload damage on perfect dodges for extra stat damage.

Getting grabbed during phase 2 is so annoying, especially when you get suction grabbed (shouldnt be grabbed as you dodged, but the game ignores it). Literally my goal for my current adventure run through right now after failing previously and my dog killing the boss as I was drinking a Liquid Escape >.
i went back to recheck the coach gun with the extender mutator so much hit that chest. worst part is the second phase not getting grab. i just cheated her using the invader auto dodge.
if it helps anyone that move that lets her recover her heart again has a glow to it when she does it so you can see it coming just don't get flustered if anything just wipe you die enough in the game what is another death lol
This is a bit slow. You can use the bonesaw/nightfall to destroy the heart and kill her in one phone. You can easily switch weapons here if you want as you have more than enough time. The first time you kill her you stay in phase one until you walk up to her anyway. Also turn music down under 50% and listen to sound
Bruh... use BOW for this, I did it with crescent moon bow, even without glass cannon build I did 6k (3k+3k) crit dmg with single shot with mod active :D It tooks about 2-3 shots :D I didn't even realized that I killed her alterned way :D
Lol this weapon looks trash I'm not gonna lie, it's too much like the ravagers claws. They should have made all melee weapons with a range attack. Like the spectral blade, worlds edge, heros sword, atom splitter
@@truevanguardgaming i 100% get it, i was the same way with part 1. but imo the coolest part about the item is the effect and you dont really see many people doing a naturel dodge even though its faster then dodge rolling

Did it today solo! The second form was the hard part. What worked was running in a loop: Climb the stairs and drop from the handrail while enigmaing

That was so annoying to do. But i managed to do it with a challenger/hunter combo and mowed her down with an lmg but i will never try that again.
i did activate her alt phase a few times my first run though at the time i didn't understand because she was kicking my butt lol

Neutral dodge is one of the most underutilized maneuvers in this game.
