1. Lots of teams had plenty of rest last bubble season. 2. Most stars did even play full schedule because of the "load management" culture they have been doing for years. 3. Lot of the high profile injuries happened on court like landing on someone's foot, knees colliding, awkward falls etc. which happen regardless if you play more or less games.

Let somebody step on your foot at the start of the game then run up And down for thirty plus min then have somebody step on your foot agakn see the difference? Have y'all played sports? Continually using a part of the body makes it weaker over time that's called FATIGUE

I coulda sworn Lebron spoke about this during the offseason. And then people got mad at him for complaining. He then spoke about this during the regular season and then people once again got mad at him for complaining. He finally spoke about it before the all star game and people still thought he was complaining. So many superstars have gotten injured this year that it has dropped the NBA ratings. Whether you like Lebron or not, whether you think he is saying this to build a narrative or not, its clearly obvious that this season was a disappointing one based on the amount of injuries and lack of rest time.
They tryna say the injuries have been the same over the last few years, but how many of those injuries were with superstars that usually play heavy minutes? That's where the difference is. The stars play more minutes, so they are more likely to get injured without enough rest. The guys that don't play often or don't go deep into the playoffs, or reach the playoffs at all, , can play in a shortened off-season, because they are well rested
It's a lot of hate in these comments 😂😂 talking bout why wasn't he saying that before, when he literally said it and than sat out of the all star game but yall think he's saying this because he's out of the playoffs 😂😂 yall jokes frfr
they've had back to back 70 game seasons. LeBron missed 20 games prior to the pandemic, then had 2 months off before the bubble tourney, now he missed a month and a half this year with injury. Funny how all the other players in the playoffs seem to be alright lol. Yooo, BJ, the Lakers and Heat are out because they didn't have the best teams lol. Utah, Milwaukee, Clippers, Philly and so on are in the playoffs still after being in the bubble FOH
Ya this maybe true but if you look at the teams in the playoffs right now, almost every team has injuries to their star players. With Utah, Donavan Mitchell was just coming back from an ankle injury and is still a little hobbled as well as Mike Conley hasn't played a game yet. Milwaukee didn't really have any injuries except for Donte Divincenzo who was one of their starters. Clippers Kawhi Leonard is inquired again, Philly Joel Embiid is playing on a torn meniscus as well as danny green is gone for the playoffs. Denver who just lost didn't have Jamal Murray, the Heat had a ton of injuries throughout the year and couldn't get anything going. The Celtics didn't have Jalen Brown, the Nets have Kyrie and James Harden injuried, Lakers had Lebron and AD injured. The Trailblazers and Mavericks are the only teams who didn't really have any injuries that were there from last year. Phoenix, Atlanta and the Knicks didn't have any real injuries except for Chris Paul and they were chilling at home last season. The issue is that now a lot of the star players are the ones getting injured, when was the last time there was a playoffs with these many star players being injured.
The fact that my man Bron agreed and signed the contract or whatever takes away some of his case however that's like signed to be a fireman, for example, (exaggerating for a fact here) and say that one way to do stuff is dangerous, then proceed to do it and if someone gets harm you turn and say "you signed the contract and were aware now deal with it" is a bit of a "gray" area here
Bron is a crybaby....what the point of playing a regular season game and then watch bron load management 10 games....gtfoh...same as the condensed league.
then what about the teams that didn't even make the bubble it seems to me they had a lot of time off plus some players where coming back from injury like Kevin Durant. If Klay Thompson was healthy he would love to be out their and play but he cant so i don't think he speaks for all the players and teams.
I do find it funny that the only former NBA player agrees with the players but all these fans in the comments think they know better than the players. Lebron wasn’t the only one who didn’t want to start the season early. It was a necessary evil for the sake of money and getting the 2021-2022 season back on track
Teams that went deep into the playoff will be affected more than teams who got bounced early. They went a few weeks after into the new season, so players will be carrying fatigue or minor injuries into the new season. So that negates the 4 months off.
I usually like bj on the show. But he was getting slammed in this segment lol. Lebron do have a point but he will complain about anything that helps his narrative. 👋
You bring out an agent to talk about this? Come on. The players that got injured are constantly injured. If you thought the Nets were going to be full strength with Kyrie, Durant, and Harden…you’re foolish. If you thought AD , Kawhi, and Embiid weren’t going to be roughed up…you’re foolish. Just another excuse for LeBron
I was comparing BJ to Lebron. He got up on the stump and tried to run a weak play by strong players including the public. Now after being caught he did what was expected or what Lebron would do. He tried to weasle out. The only difference is Lebron would turn into a crybaby. I'm not a hater. Love his skills except for his ability to reach full potentials. BJ was getting skinned alive and was crying. Notice his body language, studdering and just carrying on. He might fool some people sometimes but he can't fool all the people all the time.
Plain and simple, the players who choose to sign on for extreamly high wages as a month long Crabbing excursion , shouldn't complain about the work , especially after they get back to land with a big paycheck. No one put a gun to his headband and said , you must play! But they did offer him millions if he would participate. His choice, he lossed , move on.
If your job shortened your breaks and extended your work hours you wouldn't like it. Then I would say you still work there so you agreed to it. We think rich athletes can be treated badly because they make more than us. But remember the owners make more than players. Seems to me owners and tv are greedy
yea that's a horrible example. they are all greedy, but the players are far more. they wanted less games till they found out their pockets are gonna be a little light. that's greed at its finest.

Kyrie said it before the season even started. The bubble too.
I do feel like the shortened nba season do have a contribution to the injuries these nba players are getting
they've had back to back 70 game seasons.
Not one of those teams made it pass the second round of the playoffs 😂😂😂😂
All the other players ? Kyrie out harden out klaw out Divencenzo out Murray out spyda got injured Chris got injured and so on please educate yourself
These guys want $100-$200M contracts but only want to play like 60 games. Then, the superstars would still sit for "rest".
They should have had a full season instead of playing in an Amusement Park.
I love Wiley!!!!!!
I do find it funny that the only former NBA player agrees with the players but all these fans in the comments think they know better than the players. Ric Bucher? Correction, Ric Bayless.
To be fair, they were off for 4 months prior to The Bubble.
Teams that went deep into the playoff will be affected more than teams who got bounced early. They went a few weeks after into the new season, so players will be carrying fatigue or minor injuries into the new season. So that negates the 4 months off.

NBA all stars have missed 19% of their games this year. Highest ever. Average is 13%.
The King being The King 👑
Lol slap in the face hahaha!
Bj: What are we comparing here?
Last 3 years
I was comparing BJ to Lebron.
Bron said it was too early they just played the nets ain’t play
If your job shortened your breaks and extended your work hours you wouldn't like it. Then I would say you still work there so you agreed to it.
