Guzape is still a developing district, and there are villages and squaters everywhere so it's going to degrade the comparison. Not with the villages and encroachment around Guzape. Once its fully developed, then you can compare both.
Don't listen to that bogus claims! Nigerians like to put people into boxes! Tell them to mimic a Nigerian soldier and they will use a Hausa accent, giving the impression that only Hausas are soldiers in Nigeria! Likewise, politicians, it might surprise Nigerians to know that as many people leave politics behind as those who might join it! They also conveniently forget or do not know that people who become politicians have often had other careers or businesses before going into politics! To most Nigerians , the politicians have been the same old people from independence in 1960 to this very day! Very very misleading mindset! These houses here are owned majorly by private Nigerians from all walks of life! 👊🏾🇳🇬👊🏾🇳🇬!
With such massive houses, they still can't put electric gate that can be access with security Code and remote button to slide open when It is press. Much is needed to be incorporated into Abuja House

@@Southernview3kPeople need jobs and many will find themselves unemployed if they get rid of the gateman culture. Imho, Katampe Extension doesn't need electric gates. I actually enjoy the fact you can ask a gateman a question about what is in a neighbourhood. I stayed in Katampe Extension and the gatemen were very helpful. An electric gate can't do that.

Abuja is not the most expensive city in Africa. Please do research before talking so that you do not misinform people .Luanda in Angola used to be the most expensive city in Africa but i do not know whether it is still the most expensive now or not. Anyway your presentation is great.Kudos.

Maitama is more expensive than Katampe Extension, but it’s a serene and better looking area than most areas in Nigeria.

Everywhere and building is fenced in Nigeria like it is prison. We can't even fix a good road for goodness sake. Jeez!
Fence is just for security and privacy reason

please don't mention anything like Ghana here, delete the comment.
Very beautiful but i think they need to work on the roads they should clean up the roads to make it more classy
Yes they do
That has always been a problem,.I don't know what else to say. Imagine Beverley hills with untidy roads with all the rich folks who love there SMH.
