+pstaldzor I think we have similar tastes in music. I went to Insomnia at Chijmes a couple of weeks ago - they used to have a great Filipino band, but place seemed to be closed then... so went Harry's and watched football.. arrgghh

The design of the structures, the furniture and the grounds were very interesting. How was the food? And how was the occupancy rate?
Allan Moore Occupancy about 50% I'd guess. Breakfast was great. Food - I only eat room service dinner which is not as good as eat in hotel restaurant; room service food good - dinner eat at one's own pace watching TV and doing stuff... architects did a good job here...
MrKesavaraj: It appears the rooms are all well below the main checkin building. Does the hotel offer frequent buggies to haul those of us who would rather not have to walk so much up and down the steep hills to and from all the other buildings/restaurants/pools/beaches, etc??

Hey & so thanks, it's nice I like the suit & pool area, but what best area and had a lot of activities and restraints with shopping Nusa Dua or Seminyak or Kuta for family trip !!
Assalamualaikum, i'm from indonesia and i often to go bali on holiday but not that much, as i know Seminyak and Kuta is the right place for you and your family to have the real balinese atmosphere, such as shopping at the local market, and also relaxing in the bali most famous beach Kuta Beach with affordable prices. But if you want to have a luxurious and relaxing escape in bali, you can go to Nusa Dua which serves many luxury 5-stars resorts. But nusa dua is also near with the local market and the area is very relaxing for family trip

Hotel hotel mah.....tidak tau urusan politik...tidak tau urusan .negara negara...tidak tau dengan kejahatan apapun........karena Owner Owner hotel mah sangat mementingkan kesejukkan..kedamaian..kenyamanan..dan ketentraman...itu sangat penting dalam menjalankan usaha Pariwisata dunia...

teh beach here is variable depending on tides. beaches bali - seminyak, nusa dua, jimbaran bay - all quite similar

Not really, Bali is famed for surfing and some cultural stuff. Surfing means rocks below sea, which means Bali has nice cliffside beaches (Uluwatu area). Maldives and Bora Bora pure beach places and for beaches different league. Bali has nice beaches but more crowded...
