Good morning Mr. Paolo Muhammadun is refering to a person called Muhammad, it is definite, so we speak about a specific person called Muhammad not any person with the name Muhammad. The only difference is that it has Tanween, that's it, it is not different from محمدُ without Tanween. But why it is taking tanween as long as it is definite? This is a special case later we explain about it.

Muhammadun is refering to a person called Muhammad, it is definite, so we speak about a specific person called Muhammad not any person with the name Muhammad.
