I don't have trouble with breath while playing bari. I get that some people might but I have big lungs and imo its easy to play long on bari without breathing.
Its not incredibly hard to do circular breathing, it just takes some training. He doesnt even sustains long notes, which, i agree, are a bit harder to master when playing solo. But thats not the case with the rhythm he’s playing.

I play drums, guitar, bass and piano. That beat is literally what an 8 yr old can play. The comment above is not wrong. It doesn't mean he doesn't have some skill. But it's light years easier than what the Saxophonist is doing, which is much harder.

He used to be in an awesome band called Lucky Chops (who are still playing together) and one called Too Many Zooz. If you liked what he's doing here I'd highly recommend searching "Lucky Chops NYC subway" as there's loads of videos of them playing in the subways and both bands are amazing with great musicians.
This sax player reminds of....The Great Lenny Pickett! He reminds me very much of Lenny during his days playing with the group Tower of Power! Lenny would do these kinds of moves while playing...and you can see that both this guy and Lenny just feel the music in their bones!!
They were featured on Beyonce's Lemonade, collaborated with Grace Kelly, and were featured in a Google commercial. I have to assume they are doing somewhat alright.

Ok. Seems there's been a slight bit of miscommunication. A drummer is a person who plays the drums. Drummers (the people), get less recognition than the people who play other instruments. I agree that people can usually pretty accurately identify a drum, but they can rarely name what kind of drum with any accuracy. And since a trombone and a trumpet are both brass instruments, and a flute and a saxophone both woodwind, that makes the level of recognition of individual instruments about the same for both drums and non drums. If you want to go for top instrument recognition, the piano and the guitar will be by far the most widely recognised.

Nunyaa Business hes ignored cause any middle schooler can play this.. drummers are also more recognized than pretty much every other instrument, the only non recognizable type of drum is marching snare / tenor

Frank Ratcliffe if u showed some random person a trombone i bet you theyll say trumpet. I dont play drumset, i march in the fields but when someone sees that they know what it is. Ive seen someone call the saxophone a flute before.

A drummer is a person who plays the drums.
Drummers (the people), get less recognition than the people who play other instruments.
I agree that people can usually pretty accurately identify a drum, but they can rarely name what kind of drum with any accuracy. And since a trombone and a trumpet are both brass instruments, and a flute and a saxophone both woodwind, that makes the level of recognition of individual instruments about the same for both drums and non drums.
If you want to go for top instrument recognition, the piano and the guitar will be by far the most widely recognised.
