North Bengaluru especially Bellary Road is emerging corridor where it has ample large land parcels with Grade A developers. Also now it has become hotspot for upcoming developments with mega projects are coming along Bellary Road. But Hosur Road is already stagnented. Even Hosur Road gets metro, no boom would come back again since already airport and metro connectivity went to North Bengaluru...
Priviusly I watched your vedio about Kanakapura Road and now Electronic City.Your attempt is really appreciable and keep going. If possible, try to cover the slums of Bengaluru.
Good review. Many internal roads themselves look like slums. Very bad maintenance by local administration. No street lights. No proper black topping of streets. Highly haphazard development. No municipal water. No ground water. Most multi storied buildings buy water from private tankers for all their needs. Monthly maintenance is Rs 2000 to Rs.6000+
Why they are promoting electronic city i don't know is not well developed residential area in terms of traffic, dust, unproper internal roads, bommanahalli is like a city other than that is still we can see a village type of culture in those areas
Bangalore is no more a city first see that city will be clean n no beggers roaming check if any beggers r in goa bcos of tourist no beggers out sides r making mess in goa it was a very loving n decent n loving place goa
Oh common things are not so easy for freshers if someone is receiving for example 30 thousands per month it's too hard to find a room without advancing 20 to 30k for a 10/10 square feet room on hossar rd
We all were freshers once and we got PGs back then. That’s what PGs are for, initial part of career. What more does a freshman want? 2bhk in gated community of a tier1 city? 🤷🏼♂️ Trust me its still way way better than mumbai
It's fact, my son is finding 1 bhk in marathali, semi finished 20 to 25 k/ month and deposit 80 k to 100k. Is it possible for fresher for 11 month agreement. Rent and deposit is very high.

Is the airport really coming in Hosur or it's just marketing gimmick?
