The sad truth is that in the comics Eddy become very old, due to which most of his organs stop working. But to keep Eddy alive venom replaces the organs with the symbiot. Because of which Eddy losses most of his memories. And finally venom decides to end Eddy's suffering and sacrifices himself. 😭💔💔

Eddie gets visited by Mister Negative and comes into contact with him. Matt Gargan had the venom symbiote at the time and venom went searching for Eddie to bond with him again and when Venom came into contact with Eddie after the visit from Mister Negative, Venom was rejected and Anti-Venom was born

Loki went from villain, anti-villain, anti-hero then a hero. Venom is currently an anti-hero. Since this is the last movie, I still respect him even if he's an antihero.

Venom only seemed to hurt hosts that spent a long time with him. The dog and Eddie's Ex seemed fine since they only held venom for a short time. The guy Venom possessed for a while during their 'breakup' in Venom 2 apparently wrecked though.
In the first venom movie it has said that if a symbiote cannot coexist which certain host then both the host and the symbiote dies but in venomous case he can combine anyone to himself he doesn't need a specific host everything or every human is its host
No venom will come back as at end of movie it shows that some leftover part of venom bonds with a cockroach and that part will come back to Eddie and venom will return and Eddie and venom will go to the MCU in the next movie probably

I think the soldier said they leave parts of themselves to ensure survival or something while catching it. Even Carnage turned out to be something 'different' than the comic 'offspring' situation since it formed from Cletus' blood after he took a bite out of Eddie and Venom. We never got to see Carnage's 'offspring' that was with Mulligan either since it bailed on him before this movie, meaning 'Toxin' is just out somewhere in the wild.
Well agony and toxin survived but I wish the others had a better chance but then again the monsters that chased venom were designed to kill symbiotes I think, someone please correct if I am wrong
