2024 Women’s Transition Housing & Support Program Operator RFPQ
Operators of BC Housing’s Women’s Transition Housing and Supports Program (WTHSP) facilities throughout BC provide women, gender-diverse people, and their children at risk of violence and/or with lived experience with access to safe and secure housing and support services. The Women’s Transition Housing Fund (WTHF) finances their delivery.
In April 2024, the Province committed to funding an additional 1,500 WTHSP units. To meet this commitment, a public Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) was issued on April 24, 2024, with a closing date of July 26, 2024, at 2pm PT.
Those who qualify will be invited to respond to an invitational Request for Proposals (RFP) by submitting a site-specific proposal to operate an identified housing site.
