The two rooms that i've stayed in had no smell or roaches but the building is old na talaga. Pero it's comfy, location is great and cheapest in greenbelt area. 🙂

Doesn't the room come with dim/orange lighting? It's so fluorescent and bright
Yes the fluorescent light is irritating. The only source of warm lighting is the lamp by the bed. 😬

Yes they offer breakfast now. Pero I don’t know if it’s buffet or ala carté. I always book w/o breakfast and eat at the cafe next door 😃

I paid 1800 for a studio room. Expect to pay between 1800- 2100 php 😊
